Had a crazy Monday and managed to lock both my keys and the spare keys in my office room. They came out within like 20 min during rush hour, and had it unlocked in about 10 min. The minus 1 star is just pricing as it cost $63.50, but when your out of options you have to do what you have to do.

I locked my keys in my truck at 930 at night on a Sunday and they got their and had it open in in 20 min. Made the best of a dumb situation. Highly recommended!!

Had my Insurance Co. contact them to help me via Roadside assistance, after waiting nearly 40 minutes I got a text stating an ETA of 6:55pm. 6:55pm comes and goes and after 20 more minutes waiting I called my insurance company back to find out what's up and they find out for me that they are sending a second technician to my location because the first one was taking too long to respond. After about 15 more minutes I get a call from my insurance company and am informed that the "service provider" canceled the service because "the weather is too bad." Its cold, but there is no "weather" happeing. I do not recommend their "service" and I am sure to let my family and friends know why. I read other reviews where people experienced the same thing and the business responded with saying that it was now under new ownership but looks like the same poor customer service is still occurring.

terrible the receptionist actually hung up on me.she wanted to know everything about the car. yes Vin# i understand. but she asked about the color and interior. just looking for a simple repair. she asked where the vehicle was, i told her my address,then she wanted more information about my house. the lady was rude as could be.

Had a rough week when my purse got stolen with house and car keys in it. Called around to a couple places and had some crazy quotes. Some locksmiths quoted a low service charge but would not tell me the cost till they got to my house and examined my car. Others were pretty outrageous with the cost. Went with Pop-a-lock and had great service. He told me the fee right over the phone and that is exactly what I paid. Very professional and timely. Locksmith said there has been a change in management since some of the previous reviews and they seem to know what they are doing.

One of the best service providers in town. The team of specialists are extremely quick and very transparent about any work done. The staff is very friendly and is the most affordable option in town. You would assume that being so affordable comes with a compromise but you will not see that with the Green Bay division. I definitely recommend them for your locksmithing services.

I called and asked for a technician to come out to my car because I locked my keys inside. A lady stated someone would be with me in about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, no one shows up so I call. They cancelled the order on me telling me no one is available until 6 hours later. No one had the courtesy to call me and tell me, especially when the company claims to be available 24/7. I will NEVER use this company again.

I recently purchased a new house and needed to get the locks re-keyed. I called around and pop a lock gave me a great quote. The locksmith, Matt, called and scheduled my appointment for the next day. He got all my door locks switched and gave me new keys that work great. I am very happy with my service and don't know why anyone could complain (I know we live in a "got to have it now society, but people need to be realistic). He worked around my busy schedule and had fantastic customer service by answering all my questions and not trying to sell me things I did not need. I would definitely utilize the services again and have recommended them to my friends.

I have a horrible habit of locking my keys in my car, and doing it on this freezing cold Monday could have easily ruined my day. Fortunately, Andy from Pop-A-Lock came out and provided fast, friendly service! His service made one of the most stressful experiences a really pleasant experience, and within 1 minute (not exaggerating), my car was unlocked!

Was frrreezing like -10, locked key in car, called referred number on text from progressive roadside assistance (GREAT SERVICE, patient & courteous) after order placed, Popalock csr (tx call center) was very unprofessional; Didnt want to help/answer my simple questions like "is a popalock an auto locksmith?"; passive aggressive, bad attitude/energy/like i was bothering her lack of iq; chick should be fired; complete scumbag! Thought I needed to be nice to her; thought was local, until i found out was a call center. Hung up frreezing! "Tyler" (tn initials)(WHO WAS FANTASTIC!!) called right away let me know would be there in 12 mins, TG for Tyler; what a great model, professional, courteous, good energy employee!! Wish Popalock's customer service "representative" call centers knew what their employer provides/does.

As a single mom the 2 things I really worry about are safety and money. So when I locked my keys in my car after dark with my son along the anxiety was running high! I called pop a lock and they gave me a 45 minute window. The locksmith who came was quick, courteous and showed up in just about 30 minutes. He was professional, but personable enough to help put my son and me at ease. Their cost very reasonable. I will definitely be telling my friends about Pop A Lock!

Lucas is the man! I needed a jumpstart, he arrive well before the eta I was given. Then, the next day, I ran outta gas. (Its been a tough week lol) he was the man sent to help me. I only had so much change on me and he knew that. He still got me the gas I needed to make it the few blocks I had left. Normally, they would need to refuse service. I felt like I called a friend for help and not an actual service. He's great and I'm glad it was him to come to my rescue.

At first I thought it was a simple broken off key but it turned out that 100 years is apparently the ultimate lifespan of a mechanical lock. Very pleased and will recommend them to anyone!

He was very helpful and I know he did not scam me because I called around for prices and he beat everyone. He even fixed my door that was not closing properly at no charge. I can definitely say that there are still good people in the world. And I like to support businessmen who have served in the military.

This company is a joke! I called 4 times for service over 3 days and never could get a locksmith to respond back to me. They would always take my name and number with no return call....so I guess I will take my business elsewhere! Update 9/9/15 So I received a email from the business owner asking me to remove my truthful yet negative post and his response is as follows... Hi Dennis- Looking for a favor..... I own Pop-A-Lock in Green Bay and Appleton. A few weeks back I had some major employee issues and had to make some changes. You caught me at a bad time. I had my family out west for vacation and while I was gone my main locksmith dropped the ball on a few things. I am REALLY sorry about that. Trust me, its not that we didn't need or want the business. Your calls were going to the call center (Pop A Lock has a national call center that takes all the calls and send them out to the locally owned locations) and your messages were going to my guy here in town, but he never called you back. I can assure you that is not how we normally operate. The favor I am asking is this.... We are a fairly new locally owned company... we are struggling to get started and rely heavily on google for business. Your negative review (while probably justified) is really hurting our business... it drops our search rankings. Would you be willing to remove that negative post? Every business has employee issues from time to time but the impact your review is having is major to us. Sorry again that you didn't get a return call... :End Message: So to the owner of Pop-A-Lock in Green bay, if you would make the right business decisions to hire the right guy we would be more willing to spend $$ at your business. Great customer service makes a business and bad customer service breaks a business and it only looks like the truth is breaking this one.

Recently lost the key to my vehicle. After calling around and getting a number of different prices, I decided to go with Popalock because they warranty the key which some of the others did not do. Dave came to my vehicle and made a new key and did the programming because my key had a chip. He was very helpful and courteous. I cannot say enough nice things about this company and their staff.

It's been a while since this incident happened, but I LOVE LOVE POP-A-LOCK. They are truly the BEST in Green Bay. If you are locked out of your home or car please give them a call. They are so professionally and very courtesy. My daughter was locked inside my car while it was on and she fell asleep. They came to my aid at no charge and also they called me to check if I'm doing ok and stayed with me the while time until they opened the car for me. I am most thankful for them. I didn't mind paying them, but they said that if a child is locked inside they unlock for free. They are truly the BEST. If I ever lock myself out of my house or car they will be the first I call to come to my aid. One of the best customer service you will ever get!

I was told by a dealership that a new key to my vehicle could not be cut, nor programmed, because the “coding” had been altered from the original manufacturer. After exhausting all other options, I was referred to Pop-A-Lock by a local mechanic in Green Bay. A Pop-A-Lock technician responded to my request within minutes, drove to my wife’s place of business where the car was, cut and reprogramed a key for the vehicle, and we had a new key for my vehicle within an hour of making the initial call, saving me time and almost $1,200 dollars for a new locking system and keys. I highly recommend Pop-A-Lock to anyone that has a vehicle key/lock issue. The technicians were very professional, courteous, and timely! Thanks again!
