Between me realizing I locked my keys in my car and the locksmith showing up and fixing the problem was a total of 25 minutes. Professional and friendly on a Sunday during the football game. Only gripe was the person that answered the phone needs to work on how to talk with customers.

The price was outrageous, the lady who picked up the phone was snotty, and the guy didn't sound interested in my business. I called another guy and he agreed on half the price in 10 minutes. Not recommended.

Walked in for a key to start my Ford Edge and was out within ten minutes. The gentleman who helped me was kind, quick, and very helpful. Paid $60 here when the Ford dealership told me it would be $100+ and an hour wait. Very pleased with the service.
