Terrible service, called for new lock and guy asked for me to send pictures which I did. He said he would be in a few days later to look at the lock himself, never showed up. Called back following week said he already ordered the lock which I found strange since he never actually came to visually see what we needed. I called back a week later asking for ETA on lock and he seemed confused on what I was talking about. He then said he would be in that day to look at lock. He showed up and said he was ordering a lock. 2 weeks go by, I haven't heard anything so I give him a call. He tells me he ordered it from California so it should be a few more days. At this point I tell him I was going to look elsewhere and he was quick to cut me off and say ok have a great day. Poor service and would not recommend.

Fantastic service, had Lock set for KI file cabinet but we had lost the key. Johnny actually stopped at KI to get replacement parts and lock works great. Awesome Job.

Great, fast, personable service! When you’re locked out your stress level is obviously high. Finding someone to quickly resolve the problem who communicates well and has reasonable prices is priceless.
