Brandt tackled our old 1935 Yale lock with a nonfunctional thumb tab and the cylinder was also not working. He was masterful in not only saving the unit, but it now works better than it ever has! He was polite, friendly, professional and beyond competent - he was creative in his problem solving of a device that many would have just said, "Get a new one." And his prices are very reasonable! If you need a locksmith - call him.
