I lost my car keys and called Hoernel lock. It was going to be Couple hundred dollars to have them come make a key. Long story short. After I gave them VIN # they asked if I would be able to come to their shop. They said they could make my key from the VIN info. For 1/4 the cost. The individuals I met we're very personable, and professional. The key they cut worked perfectly.. Thank you

I needed a new car key since mine wore down. Initially I thought it was the entire ignition that went out. They could have up sold me something I really didn’t need but diagnosed the problem right away and took under 10 min to code and make the key! Really know what they’re doing! I bought a 1970 project boat without keys. I brought the ignition to ARO lock and they said they couldn't make a key for it. They said that I would have to get a new ignition. I went to Hoernel and I got 2 working keys for around $15. This is a family business that knows their craft well. I will definitely come here for all of my future lock needs.

First time using Hoernel - Awesome experience! Called for assistance with a vehicle lock out away from home. Timely response!!! (promised 30 - 45 minutes, Tech arrived in less than a 1/2 hour). Carl (the Technician) was absolutely fantastic! Very personable, polite and was very careful with our vehicle when opening the lock. Highly recommend!!!!
