I called for lockout service on a 2007 Freightliner M2. Was sure they could unlock the door. It took an hour and a half to get into the vehicle, and they damaged the vehicle approximately $537 in damage to the door jamb and bent the door. Be careful when using their service. Also still charged for service.

75$ hook up fee and 4$ a mile. I broke down on the side of the road. They gave me a ride to the closest gas station for free. The driver was super nice and funny. Never had a tow company that made me feel like every thing will be fine. I would so use them again

Call GTK before anyone else! These guys are great! Super professional & helpful. Fast roadside service. Had a loaded horse trailer and a shredded tire. Got my rig back on the road quickly with a handshake & smile. Recommend you to everyone-thx guys!!

LET'S NOT ADDRESS HOW RUDE THEY ARE. I WOULDN'T USE THEM. EVER. They're rude. Won't take your name, number, etc. Waited for 2 hours for them to NOT HELP ME. And when you nicely tell them they're being rude they decide to argue over time. They were 6 min away. And was forced to find someone else because they took too long. And the people I did end up going through were over a half hour away and were right there and unlike GTK were very polite and caring! Go to Jerry's Towing! Not GTK!!!

Miscellaneous Venting

Got my Cadillac CTS-V towed from this company on 9/21/17. During the tow, my car's front bumper trim was cracked. I watched this happen as did my boyfriend from the window. I immediately told the driver what had happened. He admitted he did it and took a picture. I was assured it would be no problem to get it fixed by them and that is was not acceptably for it to happen. I was very nice considering. I waited a week and called the company leaving a message. I waited another week, not hearing anything back from I believe his name is KEN. The receptionist told me there was a message on my file that said they couldn't have caused the damage. I was never even called to be told that and now am waiting for a call back from this Ken so I can explain to him how it is very possible as it DID happen and that if they don't pay for the part I will take it to court. I don't appreciate being told I'm a lier, and not even having a call back from someone to address this. It is now 10/2/17. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

It was about $60 to have my 1998 Toyota Camry unlocked. They said 20 minutes, I told them I wasn't in a hurry and it took 30. I'm happy! You can pay with debit and credit cards too.

Sad excuse for a towing company. Instead of releasing my car 1 mile down the road, they preferred to drive my vehicle back to their impound lot 15 miles away! Leading to myself being car-less for 24 hours trying to figure out what to do.

Called GTK during peak "I'm in the ditch and need pulled out" time on Saturday night 4*14*18. When the young man arrived he was quick and knowledgeable and got it done with no trouble. Would definitely call these folks again. Thank you GTK.

GTK came and rescued me when my car needed a tow home. The driver was pleasant, professional, and timely even though it was in the middle of the night. I couldn't ask for better service from a tow service.
