Best towing in Stevens point. I was in a jam with my car a couple weeks ago, and he saved me a shop bill by having someone come out to look st my car, as well as pull it out of the snow spot it was parked in. Definitely will be recommending as well as coming back when I'm in a jam. Friendliest guys around!

I lost my cars chipped keys and I didn't have a spare. I called a few places to get rates and his was the lowest to tow only 10 miles. Just under $100 LESS than the other service providers quoted me! GREAT RATES I explained that It would have to be towed to a dealership to be re-transmitted. He was very very kindly told me he knows people that can help at the site rather then towing the car and saving me money I didn't need to spend. Both him and his friend were also very timley and professional. He is very HONEST and more importantly HELPFUL. I can only hope that any other emergency service experiences I am going to have are as pleasant an experience as this. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

I hate to have to leave a bad review because the actual jump start experience was perfect. Am employee of Chris' Towing came out with the intention of towing my car, since I was not able to jump start my car after several attempts, but insisted on trying to jump start it one more time. He got it started and saved me money and was so courteous and helpful- whoever you were, thank you! My issue is with the record keeping, customer service, and the person I assume is the owner. I accidentally sent my receipt for insurance purposes to the wrong address for my insurance company. I reached out to the company, assuming I should be able to get a copy of the receipt pretty easily. I called, explained everything and he (I assume the owner) was very nice, said he would look for the second copy of the receipt and sounded like it wouldn't be a problem. It has been almost three months. Not three months of him actively working with me to get a simple copy of a receipt- it's been three months of me repeatedly calling him after he says he will call me back and a week and half goes by, each time. He seems annoyed when I call and has no idea what I'm talking about at first so I explain the situation, who I am, etc every single time. He tried to help at first but put the only other copy of my receipt in a random person's door on accident- and then suggested that I go ask them for it 3 days later. Because he lost the only other copy of my receipt, I asked him if he could just write a note, per my insurance company stating the amount of the service and stating I had the service done through them and that would be all I need. I told him I would come pick it up, send him a stamp...anything. He seemed irritated by that request and took my info to make the insurance note and said he'd call me back. It's been almost 2 and a half weeks since that call. This service would have been 100% covered by my insurance but won't be because it's just not a priority for him. It's my fault I lost the receipt, but a company that cares about their customers will take 10 minutes to give you a new copy. Or call you back when they say they will. And he is able to- he just doesn't want to. I don't expect to hear anything back, but if I do, this review will be updated. I think the employees actual service was wonderful but in the event that you need something for tax purposes, insurance purposes, or anything else- the expectation that he will help you with it seems to be too much. Update 3/23/17: Tracy from Chris's towing did reach out to me after posting this review and sent me my receipt. She apologized for the delay and inconvenience.

On my way to work my vehicle decided it didn't want to go any further, left stranded on the side of road I called Chris' Towing to be towed to a local business for repairs. Chris was there in a very timely manner and the cost of the tow was very reasonable. Would not choose any other towing company in Stevens Point, Chris' towing was hands down phenomenal.

STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD DUE TO WHAT ENDED UP BEING A FUEL PUMP ISSUE. I CALLED CHRIS TOWING AND HE WAS THERE IN A VERY TIMELY MANOR. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND HE TOOK IT TO THE SHOP OF MY PREFERENCE. THE FEE FOR THE TOW WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOWING BUSINESS TO ANYONE IN NEED.

Reliable and trustworthy.... Early morning Monday after Memorial weekend @ 1:30am. we had car trouble (of course) by Portage WI. Our insurance company had trouble getting anyone out to us (needed to get home to Bancroft for work). We asked our insurance company to contact Chris's Towing in Stevens Point. They did so (even though they thought I was crazy) and he was shortly on his way to us 80 miles away. We had six people in our van, so we asked Chris to stop at our home and bring our other car with him. We gave him instructions to get in our garage to retrieve the vehicle (as we had previous dealings with him) No problem - he picked up our other car, showed up and had us back home in time to start work. No way in Hades any other towing service would have gone to those lengths to get us all home and to work!!! I'd never even dream of using anyone else and have told probably 40 other people I know about Chris - and they ALL say the same thing: Friendly, Fast, Courteous and always goes the "extra mile" to make sure folks are taken care of!
