I cannot say enough positive regarding Charlie's Locksmith Service! My wife and I found ourselves in a very awkward dilemma in northern Wisconsin, due to car key issues. Charlie not only provided us with remarkable availability and technical expertise, but he also went way beyond that to alleviate our stranded status.

Came to a remote Bayfield Co address at 11pm. VERY knowledgeable about issues with Honda keys stuck in ignition. Disassembled steering wheel, and completely re keyed ignition. VERY reasonable price and insurance is reimbursing me! Very understanding, courteous and went way out of their way to help me. Highly recommend!

He advertises that his business is open 24 hours. I called at 6:30 a.m. after my toddler accidently locked himself in the car – what I would consider an emergency. He called back two hours later, berating me for waking him up. We were able to find someone else to come immediately and he basically implied even calling him was a waste of his time. Awful service!
