Jim and his team at Boss Lock have replaced locks for me in 2 different homes in the past 6 months. They have done an outstanding job! At the first house, Jim was able to replace our locks on a holiday (4th of July) in order to get us on the schedule quickly. We had current locks replaced as well as deadbolts installed. In the second home, again, we were on the schedule quickly. A few days after the locks were changed and the deadbolts installed, I unfortunately did end up pulling the knob off one door. When asking Jim to come back, he was able to get to me the following day, fix the knob, and checked all other doors (even ones his team hadn’t previously serviced), offered advice on how I can keep my home secure, and even fixed a knob that needed a little extra oomph to open - something I thought I would have to deal with, now opens with ease. The second trip was completely free of charge! I assumed I wouldn’t have to pay to fix the broken knobs, but with the trip and everything else Jim assisted with, I was presently surprised with the complimentary trip! Will definitely use Boss Locks in the future and would recommend!

Excellent and timely service from a local small business! I texted my problem, and Jim returned my call even on his day off. I explained what I needed and he squeezed me in first thing the next morning. Jim and his sons do fantastic work, and their customer service is sets the bar. They squeezed me in before their regular schedule, because it was my day off and my housemates had just moved out. It was also nice to learn that one of his sons was a fellow Army Veteran. I would recommend Boss Locks without reservation!

Jim's service was excellent. I highly recommend him. He was completely competent. He explained everything he was doing which was really helpful. I was having a problem with a multilock door system, called Jim, and within two hours he was at my house and fixed the problem in minutes. Outstanding!!
