Difficult to copy Acura keys were done in about a half hour, despite some hurdles. They don't give up when things go wrong, they do whatever it takes to make it work. They keep their machines calibrated so their key cuts are always spot-on. I recommend these guys to anyone that asks me about key copies, easily the best locksmith company I have ever used.

dont bother going to places like walmart or minute key. if you want a key that actually works come here! we were going to get new locks because no keys we got would work but luckily we tried this place. super fast too

Somehow locked myself out of the car(I'm a moron) and called Ford Roadside Assistance to which long story short...was absolutely no help at all! Called Bill's at 11:30 at night after getting nowhere with Ford for about an hour. Bill's guy was out to me in less than a half hour and it took a whole two minutes to get the car door open! Super friendly for have woken him up out of what sounded a dead sleep! Needless to say, I was very happy with the whole experience! After a 14 hour day you don't want to be locked out of your car! Make sure to call Bill's Key Shop!!

This is a great place! Although it is tiny, they can do any lock related work one might need. They also have vans that can come to you. They also offer 24 hour service. Nothing to complain about here. They also have free parking.

Was locked out of the house and they said they were on their way. Took about twice the normal time to get across town. My door was locked but it wasn't latched and it opened with a push (you can imagine how hard I was kicking myself for not trying that) when the guy finally arrived. Didn't even introduce himself. He charged me $63. It was 9:00AM on a Wednesday, and I live only 15 minutes away. I find that charge to be a little unreasonable, thus the one star review.

Got to me within 45 minutes on a Sunday, used both halves of my key to make me a new one right on the spot. Charged less than half (!!!) of another locksmith I got a quote from and even got to me an hour sooner than the other quote. He even made 3 keys for me to make sure I had the best fit possible since he was making it from an imperfect key. The third one worked like butter. Thanks again!

I was in a time crunch to get my keys back to my landlord at the end of my lease and I needed to replace one that was lost. Not knowing how long it took, I budgeted an hour to get to Bill's and have my key reproduced. After waiting for the girl at the counter to finish with the customer before me, I handed her my key and asked for a copy. At this point I checked a text message on my phone and by the time I looked up she was already handing me my key and it only cost just over $2. They were able to use the exact same key model and it looked identical to my old one. It was an incredibly painless experience that I will use/refer people to in the future. FYI - $5 Credit card minimum

Here I am in the Trader Joe's parking lot, excited to get my shopping done before the Sunday crowd. I walk up the steps and realize my keys are not in my hands or purse, I was too focused on making sure I had the Trader Joe's Flyer so I could get all the new stuff. Panic ensues. I turn around and see my keys laying right on my driver's seat. My sister who has my spare keys is out of town and I'm helpless. All hope appears to be lost. Thank god for the internet device in my hand so I can send snaps to everyone I know. Suddenly I remember locksmiths exist. I open up Google and click on the first one that appears to be open 24 hours. Here's where Bill enters the story. He answers right away, says he'll be there in 30 minutes, and he was there 30 minutes on the dot. Two minutes later, my keys are in my hand. Problem solved. Bill saves the day, all before mass amounts of people show up at Trader Joe's.

Used my insurance app to request roadside assistance to unlock my car, after 2hrs and a phone call finally, insurance Co had no record of my request! It's 630pm on a Sunday and I'm panicking! Called Bill's and someone answered right away and Joe said that he'd be there in 30 min. Arrived early, opened car within a minute and on the spot made an additional key for me! Cheaper than what my insurance roadside would've charged me, with new copy of key included, by $20. I'm kind of glad I locked my keys in the car because now I know how awesome these guys are! Joe went above and beyond when I locked my electric key in my trunk at a parking lot on freezing night a couple of weeks ago. It was below 0 degrees, and Joe opened the door quickly and without making any blemishes to the new car. However, the button to open the trunk didn’t open the trunk, since the car has a safety feature to prevent theft when the locked car door is opened without the electric key. Without hesitation, even though he had already opened the driver side door, he went above and beyond. He tried to figure out how to enter the trunk from inside the car through the back seat area. There were no instructions on how to do this, and Joe improvised and found a way to reach the cable so that the back seat could open. From there, the electric key was able to be reached. I’ll never forget how he came through like that!!

I was happy with how quickly and inexpensively they made a copy of keys for my Honda. It required them to plug into the car's CAN bus and recode my old key and program that code into the new keys. They even added lube to my locks at no extra cost b/c they said Honda's have a history of problems with that.

Installer did not show up with the specified drill they were hired specifically for. Installer proceeded to hack my door up so he didn't have to get the proper tools.
