The best experience when i was in a stressful situation. The on call service was fast to arrive, quick to solve my problem, efficient, and friendly. He even cut an extra key so i could consider a lock box or hide-a-key option to keep myself out of trouble in the future. 5 stars all the way!

I HIGHLY recommend Big Ben's Locksmith! Our daughter called us frantic that she had broken the plastic chip end of her car key and she was stranded in downtown La Crosse. We called all over just to be told they couldn't duplicate her key for one reason or another. We were told her car had to be TOWED to a garage, have 2 replacement keys cut then pay to have the new keys programmed. All of this was at a price of 150-350 depending on type of key and miles of towing. I did a quick search online for locksmiths in the La Crosse area and found Big Ben's. Contacted him and told him our situation and what was needed. He quoted a price and set up a time. Service was prompt, courteous and professional from start to finish! Within 15 minutes he had a new key made, programmed and our daughter was on the road again. Big Ben's was a life saver! THANK YOU BEN!!

Had an unfortunate circumstance that left me 100 mIles from home with a lost ignition key on a Sunday afternoon. Ben went way out of his way and was the only one able to help get me back on my feet/wheels. Knight in shining armor! On top of a hellish week I locked my keys out of my car. He made it out faster than expected. He was very friendly but also efficient only took 15 minutes, and on top of that made me a spare key on the spot. Hope I never lock my keys in my car again but if I do I’m calling him again.
