Very nice guy! I snapped my key off in my Van He got the key out and made a new copy of the key with a chip in it and also gave me a back up key in case of an emergency. He was in and out in 30 minutes! Will recommend! A+++!

Is it possible to have negative stars? Todd was supposed to arrive last Friday at 1pm to change out locks at my new house. Still not there at 3pm, I called to find out that Todd forgot because he was at another job with poor cell service. You would think Todd would remind himself to call me to let me know he would be late. Why would I trust him to change locks to my house when he can't show up for an appointment? Work on your customer service skills, Todd.

I was an idiot and left the key for the lock for my trailer on the tailgate of my truck... so i had a locked trailer with no way to get it out because the key is somewhere on 41 LOL. I called around to several places, most were not in the business of picking padlocks then i discovered todd. He was very friendly, prompt, had a sense of urgency and got my lock out with a grinder. Was very impressed and i highly recommend!

Excellent in every aspect! My Wife bought a truck, lost the only key we had. I had changed the Lock cylinder with new keys to find out the original key had a chip in it, so it didn’t start the truck. I called on a Saturday afternoon when he had plans, & he was still willing to come & help. Outstanding! Is the only word I could think of, but thankfully I was in no hurry (Hope your plans were good). When he did come to the house, I was quite amazed at the work and professionalism. He cut the keys in my driveway, It took ½ hour maybe a bit more to make 2 chipped keys & the truck was running. As a retired Auto Tech. I have to say, there was no raking over the coals! No needless sales! Very reasonably priced, which was a big concern! Out of 1 thru 5? Todd, I give you a 10!!! As a business man, I applaud you! As a person You deserve a 9! Would be a 10, but you brought no beer with you LOL. Thank you so very much for everything. To any readers, Bayside Locksmith Is #1, The Only one I would ever call, or recommend
