The customer experience was great! I came in to get two locks rekeyed and have three new keys made. It was done in 15 minutes and for significantly less than doing it at a big box store. Will certainly be a return customer and recommend to friends. Thank you Mike!

10 seconds and $2 to duplicate a key that Home Depot couldn't figure out in 30 minutes. Sometimes we need to be reminded that small artisan and trade shops are much better than big chains, and cheaper too.
