They seem to be great when they're there, but they have a hard time getting to you. For my first call to them, the technician quoted me a time of 30 minutes and after about an hour, I called the center and they said something came up. When Larry arrived, he seemed to do a thorough check and gave me great advice for repairs. He also didn't charge me because the issue wasn't resolved. I called him the next day to set up a repair and he never got back to me. I called the center the following day, scheduled for today, and he never came. I called the center an hour after the appointment, and they said he tried calling me. I looked, and he did, but he didn't leave a voicemail. Overall, I'm disappointed that I had to spend my evening waiting, pay more money for a rental car, and experience disappointing customer service. They seem great at their craft, but they're not reliable.

So, went walking through the woods with my son and lost my truck keys somehow. Gave Auto Locksmiths a call said they would be there in about 30-40 minutes. And I live in New Berlin. They called me saying there were on their way then called me when they were standing next to my truck. 30 secs they were in my truck, 20 mins later I had two new keys. Oh, and he was disappointed that he didnt get it up and running fast enough. Apparently the guys at the shop would have made fun of him. Nothing but good things to say about their work. Completely happy with the job!

Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of a locksmith. I don’t normally review places, but the service I received in this particular situation warranted my doing so. Upon my initial call, I got the information I needed within about 30 seconds. From there, the gentleman I spoke with informed me he’d be able to get out to me within 2 hours, giving me his personal number in order to keep me posted as to any changes. Not long after, I received a text that he was on his way and would be to my home in about 20 minutes. 15 minutes after that text, I was in my driveway with him, and less than 10 minutes after that he was on his way to his next job and I was able to drive my car again. The service was prompt, the staff was informed and polite, and the price was better than any other I’d had quoted today. If I ever need a locksmith in the future, these guys will be my first and last call.

I called to originally get pricing on having my ignition cylinder replaced and the keys reprogrammed. After checking multiple auto locksmiths pricing, they came up the cheapest. I described my situation and the technition knew exactly what I was talking about. He arrived within the hour of talking to him and had it swapped it out in less than 15-20 minutes. They even made me a couple spares as a courtesy. I definitely recommend their services if you're in need of an auto locksmith.

One of their polite and efficient service employees named John came out at the scheduled time to make new keys for my car at the location that my car was last parked when I lost my last key that would start my engine. John was on time and very courteous and helpful. I had taken the battery out of my car to reduce the chance that it would be taken if someone with ill-intentions had found my lost key. John helped me to re-install the battery and had my new keys cut and programmed in about 30 minutes or less. I did have a door-opener key that I had previously had made from my original key long ago that he was able to use as the guide to cut the new keys. I'm not sure what they do if there is no key at all to start with but they told me it would cost a bit more. Decent price and great service. Thanks a bunch!!!!
