Soooo...my 2 year old grandson locked himself in the car tonight. He loves to pretend he’s driving and normally my window is open, but the window was up and he locked it before I could get to the other side, and dropped the keys. Needless to say, I was freaking out. My grandson was fine and absolutely thrilled to be in the car alone, kids!!! I called these guys and they immediately sent somebody out, and the young man who came out was here within 10 minutes. He was super understanding, highly entertained, very friendly and had the door open in less than five minutes. After my grandson got out he was chasing around his car and he even picked him up and gave him a hug goodbye. I cannot say enough about how fast their service was. They saved me from having to explain this to my son. Absolute Lifesavers!!! I will always use them from now on and recommend them highly!

I took my son to Ripon College to move him in over the weekend. I asked him several times to make sure that he bring the keys to the trailer that we rented with him. In typical teenage fashion we learned he left them at home over 200 miles away. Needless to say everyone's stress level went way up. While I was having a meltdown, and my son was hoping to find a rock to crawl under, my wife called Auto Lockout Specialist. We met with Steve Endries and he had the lock off and us into the trailer in no time. He was very nice, professional, and prompt. AMAZING SERVICE! It’s obviously not ideal to be locked out of your home but hey, it happens. When it happened to us, we called Auto Lockout Specialist and Steve answered.
