Fantastic service. We used them to rekey our locks on our new home. They were fast, inexpensive, and friendly. They can either come to you, or you can bring your lock needs to them. Very pleased with the quality of their work!

Not a fan. I belong to an organization with a door locking system serviced by ARO. Late Thursday our system failed. ARO was notified on Friday. The earliest response for our emergency situation is Tuesday afternoon. (Five days) Five days of numerous trips every day, manually locking, unlocking, locking, unlocking our building. If you have a system serviced by ARO and you system fails, you are pretty much out of luck and on your own. Like I said, not a fan.

Wow! Called at 8:30 AM with a broken deadbolt in my front door, unable to retract deadbolt to open door. Technician Josh ( I believe) was at my house with replaced deadbolt done by 9:30. Even lubed mechanism and fine tuned strike plate. GREAT JOB!!
