I could not find my keys in my house so I locked my house and took my spare car keys not even thinking about getting back in my house. Being the person that I am I locked all my windows and doors before I left. I called Andrews and the guy was at my house in a jiffy. Fast service.

Never returned my call. I called again the next week, and he said he would be able to rekey our new house the following afternoon, and he would call me sometime after lunchtime. He never called, and when I called him he didn't answer and once again did not return my call.

Left to go to the store realizing I just walked out my house without my keys. I called Andrews to let me back in my house and they were at my house in a hurry. I called three other guys before Andrews Locksmiths and he was the only one that answered the phone when I called. Price was not too bad, I was out the door again to go shopping in no time.
