My aunt had locked herself out of her vehicle and I couldn't get to her so I called Affordable Locksmith and Mike answered the phone right away! He also allowed me to pay over the phone which was SUPER convenient since I was at work. He was also very helpful, kind and sweet. Fast service too!

If I could give Mike 10 stars, I would. I am overdue for a review because he has saved me numerous times for my business (salon). I dealt with incompetent locksmiths that were not able to solve the issue with my front door which would pop open in locked mode when you pull on the handle. One locksmith was so frazzled that he stuck a penny in the door striker! After months of dealing with this and numerous bad ones, I finally found Mike. I was amazed at how quick he was able to fix the issues, and knew what the issue was immediately before working on it! At that moment, I knew I found a locksmith I could rely on and that actually knew what he was doing! About a few years ago, a random guy walked in salon through my back door which was locked and he did not expect to see some of us. That incident freaked me out, and upon inspecting, I found that the back door would pop open if you pull on handle hard enough (which means my front and back door was never properly secured when I brought the place). This worried me so Mike was able to come within a few hours and fixed the issue. About a few days later (I believe it was same guy with his friends thinking my handle was still not working properly), my alarm went off because someone attempted to break in my salon through the back door. They even tried jumping/kicking on the handle. They failed miserably because Mike did such an amazing job, that it was not possible to be broken into! My husband is an electrician, does all and any repairs in the salon, is super picky about how things are done by other professionals but he was SO IMPRESSED with Mike's work! That means even more coming from my husband. I have had Mike come out to my business numerous times to fix other people's mistake and did amazing at every single one of them. He is also very reliable and quick. If you are looking for a quick, reliable, an actual professional that would be able to solve your issues, goes above and beyond, does an amazing job, give you peace of mind, then Mike is your guy!!

I locked my keys in my car today & called my insurance roadside assistance. They dispatched to another company that called me & the driver was 45 minutes from me on his way to another call. This guy is very TERRIBLE & DESTRUCTIVE.. I called him to re-key my new house and he messed my very expensive screen door up and I called him to come get it fixed.. This terrible guy refused picking my call after several attempt, I used a different number and he picked up and was very saucy and he hung up on me. Plsssssssssssss Never use this TERRIBLE guy for your locksmith ..Will never recommend this guy.....Pls avoid this guy as much as possible....... .

I called the day before needing my locks changed for the main entrance of my duplex. Mike squeezed me into his schedule, was on time, and changed my locks in a quick manner. After his job was done, he drove off. I then went to my upper unit (didn't need Mike to change this lock), but my key wasn't working. I called Mike. He turned around right away, was able to get me access to the upper unit, and then fitted new keys for the upper lock. The cost to come back and fit new keys? No charge. Great service and I would use them again.

Website says they do car locks but when I called I was told they don't. Then the owner proceeded to call me and berate me and tell me this story about his deceased father. All he needed to say was "we currently do not do car locks as we recently lost the employee who handled car locks and I haven't had a chance to update the website or find another employee. I am hoping we will be doing car locks again soon. " I was willing to change my review but he did not need call me and harass me like this. He made it personal when it was a simple matter of business.

Honestly, says 5 a.m. - 11 pm. Says no one is available until tomorrow at 9 am and that, right now, no one is available at 9pm. Seriously, consider changing your hours dude. Super misleading

I recently needed a door lock drilled and installed at one of my commercial properties. So I called a few places and got voicemails and/or unprofessional service. After a bit of frustration I went to Google and picked Affordable Lock because they had excellent reviews and let me tell you they didn’t disappoint! The level of customer service was amazing. They answered every question, offered a few helpful suggestions, gave me an accurate arrival time, got the job done super fast, and long story short they are the best! My husband just called and the website states 24 hour service. The owner told my husband he was off work. My husband inquired about the 24 hour service...he said I'm done for the day. My husband then asked if he knew of anyone else in the area...he told him no he didn't have anyone's else on. My husband asked if he was the owner and he just hung up on him. RUDE!!! How do you plan on staying in business if you are not customer oriented?? False advertising!!

We hired Mike to help us re-key all the doors in a house we just purchased. Mike was very prompt and helped us resolve some problems with the locks in our new house. A few weeks we started having issues with one of the locks, which ended up being defective. Mike came back over and installed a new lock for us for no charge! Mike is extremely knowledgable, has very reasonable fees, very responsive, and does excellent work. Would definitely use Affordable Locksmith again!

Called late last evening and he was able to come the next morning at a time that worked for my wife to meet him at our house where a door knob pin was stuck in the jamb . Unfortunately I have to be a bit weary sometimes having a service guy come when only my wife is home. She was very comfortable though and said he was great and didn't try to pull anything over on her. 10/10 service from start to finish .
