Contacted August 27, 2018 and spoke with Brad and he calls his customer "buddy." Asked him why he's calling his customer buddy and he replies if you don't like the way I am speaking you can go with another company and suggested me to contact Norvac. He then says the reviews he has has people only giving him good ratings. Shows Quality Lock, LLC are open 24 hours. But Brad says he cannot work today. Asks me to text him the information regarding the things needing to be changed and says the company number can recieve texts. Brad was supposed to arrive today August 28, 2018 at 10 AM and get the things requested done as he said he would which he did not and before that he said he will text me the price for the requested things which he did not as well.

We purchased a new front door lock and it didn't fit correctly, had confusing instructions, and after wasting an entire day and multiple trips to Lowes and Home Depot we gave up deciding to hire a professional.
