Good Job! I was facing some issue with the locks on the front, and back door of my house. So I contacted NTB Locksmith Services, and they arrived in 2 hours, that too on a Sunday evening. They quickly found the problem and fixed everything in under an hour and that too at a reasonable price.

I called to have my condo door unlocked and the lady on the phone told me they hadha locksmithlin my area and it would be $20 for them to show up and $30 for them to unlock it. When the gentlemen arrived they told me it would be $215 because of the type of lock. It took them 5 minutes to unlock the door. Seems like something fishy is going on. I would have called a different company but needed to get back into my place asap. Update: I called them after the service was completed to get more information on the difference in pricing. I was told it might have been an independent contractor and they make their own prices. After I explained to her that the dispatcher told me they had an employee (not contractor) that would be out she told me that she would make a note In my paperwork and hung up on me.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I called to get an estimate and the lady said $50. Mind I have a 02 Honda Accord so it’s not like it’s some fancy lock. I asked the lady over the phone if they accepted debit cards and she said yes. So when they got to my car, they did 20 seconds worth of work and demanded $200 and told me debit cards aren’t accepted only credit cards and cash. When I asked why debit cards weren’t accepted when I was told over the phone that they were, he wouldn’t answer me. So he harrassed and followed me to an ATM. Called me 15 times while following me. Never again will I use this company. I’m currently waiting for reimbursement because of the scam I was put through.

Very fast and professional service. The technicians showed up on time when I wanted to rekey all the doors and windows of my home. They finished their work quite quickly, were friendly to communicate, and explained to me in detail about all the new locks. Great service. 5 stars.

Needed someone to come rescue me after getting locked out of my house. Lady on the phone said someone could come and something sbout $19 for service call and $30 to look at it. That seemed really low and I figured it’d be more when the guy came. He asks for $325 to drill through my deadbolt. I talked him down some. It took about 60 seconds of work. Grateful I got back in my house but I feel like I got fleeced and I won’t call these guys if this ever happens again
