Mikes was very good. Got to me when I could get to it. They went out of their way to take care of me. Left the car on the side of the road and scheduled to pick up the next evening. Very good communication. I only had to wait a couple of minutes.

if you ever get break down near Princeton west Virgina, Call mikes! they're great. this family business makes you feel at home and at ease. Kenny knows EXACTLY what hes doing with reasonable pricing when our car alternator gave out during a trip from pa to north Carolina we had no idea who to call. some kid who claim to be a professional (we where desperate) stopped let us know it was our starter so we got a hotel and the next day we bought the starter and changed it ourselves ( I'm not a pro but i know a little) once the starter was in the car still wasn't starting. after going back to auto zone a sec time to get a battery charger (we thought that might be the problem) the guys at auto zone (those guys are the best the know what they are talking about) called mikes towing it took Kenny about an hour and a half to get there but once he did it didn't take him long to figure out the problem. he ended up drifting our van to autozone changing out the new starter for the old one because it was fine we exchanged it for a alternator and it took about a half an hour to an hour to remove the bad and replace it with the new. they where great and they helped turn a bad situation in to a great experience. i wish we had more mechanics like them around our area.

We ran over some metal on 77 and blew out 2 of our tires on the way home from myrtle beach with 4 small children in the car. Troy responded to our call and was there to help in less than 30 minutes. He took us to the nearest town so we could get a room for the night, dropped our vehicle off at a shop so it could be repaired, and even took me to another place so I could find an atm machine. Very friendly, helpful and he was nice and considerate of the children's needs. We are all very grateful for his help. THANK YOU! 5 stars.

Worst and rudest experience I've ever had with a business. My wife was in an accident and couldn't pay immediately without cash. When she called me and I called into the office to pay the bill and was given a whole different amount on the phone. When I attempted to verify with my wife their disrespectful "secretary" refused and threatened to " Just have them take it and then I can just sort it out for $250." Really? This is suppose to be a "kind and well run business" but I wouldn't recommend even asking them for assistance unless you want to be steel-armed and threatened. Highly doubt anything will come from this but I hope others don't call them to assist and they lose business.

Can't drive... Only care about themselves... Not the vehicles around them... Nearly run my wife and my 2 kids off the road while tailgating another vehicle beside us.. Also turned on bright lights facing rear while we were driving
