Lock my keys in my car during a snow storm. Called Mcdonald Locksmith while there was still alot of snow on the roads. They responded within 30 mins of my call in the snow! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Mr McDonald made a house call to our Staunton home very quickly, arrived wearing his licensed and bonded ID (which immediately made me comfortable) and was able to open our secretary desk within a few minutes without damaging the lock. Not only did he solve our problem, he also cleaned our lock and reinstalled it and provided a new key. We had tried on our own to open it with no success. It is worth it to call a great locksmith!

McDonald Locksmith was fantastic! I locked my keys in my car on Labor Day and Mr. McDonald was here less than 15 minutes after I called him! He was super friendly, professional and very good at what he was doing. He had me back in my car in less than 5 minutes AND he only charged $55 dollars opposed to the $90 that Jenkins charges for an auto lockout. If you have any locksmith needs, I would highly recommend that you call McDonald Locksmith!

Did great work, was quick to respond, and got our car unlocked in about 5 minutes. My wife and I were visiting Staunton for an extended weekend. Our first night in town I managed to lock my keys in the car. A very friendly police officer referred us to a couple locksmiths. The first of which was unable to unlock the car after about 30 minutes and chose not to continue in fear of damaging the car. The car is a convertible and apparently they are tricky because of the tight seal created by the windows. Our second call was to McDonald Locksmith who showed up within 10 minutes of the call and had the door unlocked in about 5 minutes!
