After trying several times to get a "sidewinder" key cut for my Honda, I finally was able to today. First things first, their price for cutting these type of keys is the best around by far. The man who helped me today was very pleasant and nice to deal with. I think the problem is they guy is busy, and a lot of the time he's doing jobs offsite. I had been here twice before when the "assistant" guy was there and he can't cut those type of keys. One day I had even called to confirm when I could come and he still wasn't there to help me, but off on another job. Finally one day the assistant guy said I should make an appointment. This finally worked and I was able to get the key made. So overall not a bad place and pretty good prices, especially for these special keys, but the problems and other bad reviews seem to stem from not being available during business hours and in my case only the one person being able to cut the specialty keys.
