These are great locksmiths, the guy called Vidal helps me out on a cold Cold day and I will always be thankful for that. Updated review - The locksmith arrived on time, when I was actually out stranded with two kids in the brutal cold, he gave me a good deal and worked super fast to get me inside. He was very helpful all through. I would recommend their services to everyone. I am definitely bookmarking them for future needs.

It's not fun to stay outside with this weather wearing just socks and pajamas! i went outside to smoke a cigarette and locked my self out with no phone, only my car keys so i drove around the block and asked for help! The person who helped me calling this company is my heroe! I was frustrated but then Oscar the locksmith technician showed up in less than 20 min, opened my door in another 5 min and i was back inside of my nice and warm home for a good price and excellent service! Have them on my speed dial now! lol Thank you guys!

We had a door in our house get locked accidentally and there was no key for that lock (we’re renters who just moved in). Locksmith Assistance came within about 20 minutes and the locksmith was very friendly and professional. He had the door open within minutes. I would highly recommend these folks and I will definitely use them again if I have another lock issue!

I was having problems with my emergency exit lock for the last 3 months, i called 3 other companies and they send the most unprofessional locksmiths! one told me i needed to replace the door, the second one didn't know what to do , the third one said he needed to order parts and never heard from him! I was locked out of my house around at midnight last week. My electronic keypad deadbolt was out of battery and I did not have my backup key. I called a number of different locksmith I found on Google. After talking to about 5 different locksmith, I decided to go with "Locksmith Assistance LLC" because they sound the most professional and gave me the best sense of confidence that they could enter without damaging my door or anything. If you have to damage the door to enter, that's not a locksmith to me. I should not have to pay someone to break my door open. So - I clearly stated I don't want any of my doors to get damaged and Roberto came out quickly and the moment he started picking the deadbolts, it gave me a pretty good sense of confidence that he could enter by picking and within less than 10 minutes, he unlocked my deadbolt just by picking it and no drilling was done or any damage. He was very professional and skilled for sure and nice. I was very satisfied with the service and I am so glad I chose them!
