GREAT Service and EXCELLENT experience! I called and was able to get a same day appointment. They were able to accommodate my schedule and sent the locksmith in less than one hour after my call. That’s amazing!!! Normally with other companies you have to make appointments days in advance. The locksmith who showed up was Miguel, he was very punctual, customer friendly, and very knowledgeable and professional at his job. He completed the work with extreme accuracy and in a timely fashion. Was very patient with helping out and answering any security/home safety questions we had. I called Lock City and received a quick service response. Jose was able to unlock my antique cabinet within 5 minutes. Lesson learned-don't close the cabinet doors with the key inside. I have I highly recommend this company.

The positive reviews don't lie - I was trying to install a new deadbolt myself, but discovered the hole for the old deadbolt didn't fit my new standard deadbolt. I couldn't drill through the metal-plated door, so I called Lock City and they were polite and helpful and sent out a great locksmith within 20 minutes (after hours, no less) to drill a new hole. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience - highly recommend!

Disappointed customer. I was locked out of my apartment yesterday and I called to get an estimate and they said 90-125. I have a very simple door lock, no dead bolt or anything. They said they would be over in 25-40 minutes and give me a call when they are 40 minutes out. I called them 45 minutes later when i still hadn’t heard anything from them and they didn’t seem sympathetic at all that i was sitting on the ground waiting for so long. They said they’d call me back with an update from the driver. Another 10-15 minutes later we get a call from the driver and he was already here. He got us in in under 5 minutes very simple. Charged us the 125. I felt like it should of been less considering we waiting an hour for them to get here, had very little communication, and was an extremely easy to get open.

Miguel was a life saver!! He came out late on a Friday night because my only key was locked in the trunk. Since it was dark, he was not able to fix it then but came early the next morning and was successful!! Saving be about $600 not having to have a new key made. He was professional, courteous and fair. We had an extremely difficult case where a door lock broke in the locked position with almost no axis available to reach the lock mechanism. We called, they came on time and were very friendly. When they initially quoted us, I think they underestimated the difficulty of the job and it took a lot longer than I think they thought it would. They were very careful not to damage any of the rest of the door and they kept at it until they got it open. Overall, they did a great job and charged us only the quoted amount despite the extra time and people that had to assist. I don't frequently need a locksmith but when I do, these are the guys I'm gonna call.
