I locked my keys in my car. Called maybe 15 “24” hour locksmiths (it was 4am). Either no one answered, wouldn’t come out, or had a waiting time of several hours. I happened to come across JR Towing when looking. When I called him, he answered immediately, arrived within 20 mins, got my car opened in 5. Very awesome service, very awesome guy. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!

Car was stuck and not only did he give a very reasonable price. It was late on a Friday night and came out right away. Giving Text message updates when he will arrive. Once arrived, super friendly and helpful. He was careful with the car while getting it on the truck. Deleivered the car right into a safe place in my driveway and was making sure there was no more damage being done to the car while it was parked. Thanks and we will definitely use them again.

Great place to call for a tow. Very quick response time, and came when no one else would. My mom has used them twice before, and I used them today. These guys are the absolute best! We have a Toyota Prius with an electronic keyless key fob. I lost the key fob and we spent hours searching for it with the car locked. Called JR's this morning and they came right out and opened the car and we found the key. We were supposed to have it towed but since we found the key they only charged me for the locksmith service even after bringing the rollback. I can't speak highly enough about their promptness in sending a truck out, their professionalism, their friendliness, and their skill. I recommend these guys to anyone who needs a tow, a locksmith service, or anything like that. I called plenty of towing services and not only was JR's literally half the price, but they were the only ones that could send a truck immediately. They are the best!

Halfway a 4 hr drive home I stopped at the Virginia welcome center and my car wouldn't start anymore. Called closed towing place that was open and 30 min later JR towing showed up. They called a mechanic for me, towed my car there, and had my starter replaced. All within three hours! Great service, great price (especially for after hours work) and very friendly people!

I called Minnick's Towing first when I needed a tow, they quoted me $90 to tow my car ~10 miles. When I mentioned how expensive I thought that was they told me how much a tow truck costs. After that I called JR Towing and not only did they quote me a price 1/3 less expensive but they were nice, quick, and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better towing experience.

My niece experienced a mechanical breakdown on a Sunday evening north of Martinsburg. She called me in a emotional state. I assessed the situation told her I would get a tow truck. I called Jr's because they are located near me. Joel answer the phone and was very attentive to my details. He called me back several minutes later to inform he was on his way. Upon reaching her he called me again to keep me updated. He returned to Winchester with my niece and the vehicle he dropped her off at her house then took the vehicle to where I had requested it to be dropped off. He call and his rate was very reasonable considering everything he did especially getting my niece home safely. I would highly recommend him in the future. Happy Uncle
