I bought two keys three months ago, but one fell apart IN the lock the first time I used it in that lock. and now they want fifty bucks an hour to get it out. They are thin. I am an old lady and not strong, put no pressure on it, but the metal was too thin and soft to function as a workable key. They won't stand behind it. They tried to make me feel like it was my fault. Only the young man by the door said "hey, it's only going to take fifteen minutes so it would be $12.50 or so." For that much money, they should stand behind their product and not risk a bad review! They spent longer than that trying to blame me! So I will need to take my business elsewhere. I suggest you do as well.
