Is there a no stars option? Was under the impression this was a 24 hour emergency locksmith based on the website. Yet when there's an emergency and the well-being of a living animal involved, we can't even get a return phone call. It has now been over 24 hours and we still never got a call back. Had to bust a window...no need for a call back now.

My daughter lost both sets of her car keys. The dealership recommended him. He had to break into her locked car and then cut new keys. He was more than $150 cheaper than anyone else. He was friendly and professional, and I highly recommend him. He will be my first call if something like this happens again.

My 1st ever review. So I locked my keys in the truck. 10 mins they show up. Trucks running 5 mins later. Great guy, I pay the cheap bill . Then he said your 500 miles from? And makes me a spare key for free. Its 33 degrees outside. Thank you
