Best Locksmith in the Valley!! We have been using B.C. Lox for 6+ years and have had nothing but great customer service and timely scheduling for our turning units. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable with the various types of keying systems we use. B.C. lox has always looked out for us by repairing and installing the proper equipment when we have a malfunction or issue. Their prices are very reasonable and they are upfront and honest about whether or not something needs to be replaced. Saving our owners time and money in the long run. I respect that B.C. lox honors and warranty's their work making sure that every job is a quality job. Thank you for your services & look forward to our continuing business!

As I routinely crossed through my front door to walk my dog before bed, I pulled the front door to close behind me. As I did, I experienced the sudden and ever-so-traumatic realization that I had just turned the lock behind me and locked myself out of my apartment. At 11pm at night. Thanks Tyger! (my dog). Not only was I expertly locked out of my home, I was also without a phone to call a locksmith. Thankfully my next door neighbor had pity on me and after failed attempts to shamefully break into my apartment, I was left with calling B.C. Lox & Keys in the off chance they would come to my rescue (my rescue, being that Tyger was of course happy to be outside all night staring down stray cats if at all possible). I left a message using my neighbor's phone and promptly received a call back from Chris asking what was going on. I explained to him my predicament and he told me not to worry and that he would be out there in 20-30 min. True to his word, Chris arrived when he said and had me into my unit within about a minute and a half (to the disappointment of Tyger). I was happy to pay his fee which was extraordinarily modest for the fact that he drove at midnight across town in a timely manner, to save the night of some stressed stranger he didn't know. I would highly recommend B C Lox & Keys to anyone needing a locksmith's expertise, as they will be treated to a professional that takes his job seriously and cares for his fellow human.

I was traveling from Michigan for a wedding. I locked my keys in my car at the hotel. I found BC’s name, gave them a call and within a half an hour, they came, unlocked my car and were very professional and friendly. I work for a dispatching service at home and see a lot of service providers who are rude and only want your money and take forever. I can definitely say these people are NOT that case. They are very affordable and are very careful with your car.

Came in off the street to get a replacement key for a 2006 Honda Civic Si. I had the broken guts of the OEM key and asked if they could help. The guys there totally hooked me up: they fitted up a new key shell, cut it, and tested it on the vehicle to make sure it was good to go. It's not like they were not busy, either. I was there for probably 30-45 minutes and the phone was ringing quite a bit. But they got me all sussed out at a fraction of the cost of going to the dealer. Outstanding service. Thanks, gentlemen!

05/14/17 I highly recommend B C Lox & Keys. My son (JMU collefe student) accidentally locked himself out of his bedroom at The Mill Apartments. All of his keys, including car keys, were locked inside. His rental office was completely UNHELPFUL and refused to unlock his door unless he paid them $50.00 cash. Unfortunately, he only had a credit card (I don't know of many students who walk around with $50.00 cash on them). His rental office refused to accept his credit card. To make matters worse, all of his friends had left for summer break so he literally had NO ONE to give him a ride to the store to get cash. I was 200 miles away, so I couldn't help him either. In desperation, I called B C Lox & Keys. Chris immediately went to my son's apartment (within 15 minutes) and unlocked his door. Chris even gave me a call back [afterwards] to let me know that my son had gotten back in safely. It was comforting to know that B C Lox had my son's back in his time of need when his OWN APARTMENT COMPLEX completely turned their backs on him. I can't thank Chris enough for being so promp and professional.

I've known Chris for many years and B C Lox & Keys has always done the best job imaginable for me. Several times I have had to change locks out at the most inconvenient hours and he has showed up right away and always when he said that he was going to be there. He is knowledgeable, polite, courteous and professional. Once, I locked my keys in the car at Valley Mall and he came within minutes of me calling and unlocked my car without damaging it at a very modest price.
