Great Professional Service. Best Price. It was late at night. I lost my key. AAA wanted to tow my car 20 miles to a Ford dealer because they said a locksmith could not make a key for the car (microchip key). I knew that was BS. So I called four different locksmiths. PI Security Solutions not only sounded the most professional on the phone, but their quoted price was LESS than the other locksmiths I called. Their locksmith, Valentin, showed up promptly. He was very courteous and professional. He cut and programmed my new key on the spot and made sure I could start my car. And the price? Exactly what they quoted me over the phone! Highly recommended.

We lost our 2015 Chevrolet Suburban keys while traveling in Seattle. Nim with Pi Security locksmith was able to assist us when others could not. On a Sunday, he spent 3 hours and two trips making a new key from scratch and also programming the security chip. He even offered to bring me and my family back some pizza or burgers or drinks!!! Seriously, they are straight shooters, honest people and company. I read others reviews and these guys get 5 stars also from our family!!!

Extremely RELIABLE and honost!! I used Pi Security Solutions on my last visit to Seattle. I rented a car from the airport and manged to lock the keys in it along with my phone...thankfully the guy at the gas station was nice enough to let me use his!!! The first company I called, kept me waiting for 45 minutes???!!!after saying they'll be there in 15!!!! I was so frusterated I cancelled them and called Pi Security Solutions, who were next on my search. Nem assured me he'll be there within 10 minutes and was extremely PUNCTUAL. Pi Security Solution is a professional, trustworthy and bonded service provider. I needed to change a lock, and it was a complicated job due to the unique needs of my business. At the very beginning, I did what every consumer would do--searching a locksmith online, call several providers and compared price. I called in one locksmith, who installed a wrong lock. I called them and they said they would come back to fix the problem, but they never came back and would just ignore my phone call. Then I called Nim, who is very patient and empathetic. He explained there are a lot of irresponsible service providers who would not care about their customers, but Pi is not one of them. Nim talked with me on the phone for a long time to understand my business need, and proposed a solution. He also send me a pre-quote before he show up for estimate. He was right on time. After evaluating the scope, he explained to me again how we will install the locks, rekey, and gave me detailed breakdown of the cost. He delivered a great service, and cleaned up the service area before he left. I am very happy with his service. He is also very attentive to details, he even offered to stamp my keys with different letters, so that I will not mix them up. If you ever need to find a locksmith, trust me, Nim is your guy!

I have a 2013 BMW M3 (hard top convertible). While out and about running errands in downtown Seattle, I managed to somehow get locked out of car with my controlled access key fob inside. Not sure how this happened!! I called Nim right away after reading some great reviews. He assured me he could get into my car. Sometimes this is very difficult due to how relatively new my car is and how tricky BMW makes it to get in. Nim showed up, quoted me, knew all the tricks to get in and got the car open within 5 minutes!! Highly recommend his services to ANYONE, especially fellow BMW drivers!! :)

Sadly the relationship was strong here, especially when they asked for my review. But he sold me on the August locks systems and didn't really have the bandwidth to handle what he was selling me. Upon multiple attempts to get the wires sealed in my house it was basically a terrible storm. He left hanging wires in my home, which as some of you may know is illegal and impossible to get someone to come and fix! They aren't authorized dealers for August either, just a heads up!

Top notch service with a professional attitude. They helped me replace my damaged car door lock, and also gave me the flexibility of using a part provided by me. The cost of everything was competitively priced lower than other locksmiths in the area, but the quality of service would have you think that they were the most expensive in town! I recently bought a home and the previous owner had some very uncommon locks installed. I was either going to need a new door or a creative and talented locksmith. Valentine was exceptional! He was up front and let me know the setup/conditions were not optimal for what I wanted to do. He stopped at each step along the way to explain what he was going to need to do and why he would need to do it. I knew going into this that I would need custom work and the finished product would not be ideal but needed it to work and IT Works GREAT!. First, the guys at PI security were the only locksmith that were available when we could not get into our house at 10:30PM on a weeknight. They were out to us in 25 min and got us in. Second, they were able to come and complete a repair 3 days later on a Friday evening and get us secure again. Really strong customer service. They had us double check all the work and make sure we were satisfied. They also followed up the following day. I would do definitely work with them again.
