Fast, personable and very helpful. Reasonable pricing! To me, he seemed more concerned about the customer than the money. Im in the area from Tacoma to shoot a wedding. I had too many things in my hand and was not paying attention. Locked them in the car! I had no choice but to call a locksmith. Of course I was hesitant because I've had bad service and fought with price gouging before. This guy was different. It's simple... Good customer service keeps business.

I needed a 2nd key for my van but was blown away by the $200.+ that my dealership wanted for a new key. I must of phoned 50 locksmiths in Washington, Oregon and Texas (the route of my road trip) to get prices on reprogramming my Nissan ignition lock and adding a 2nd key. Skagit locksmith quoted me less than 1/2 the price of the next lowest competitor. When I asked how Dan said "it is a 5 minute job". I was sceptical but took a chance. Turns out my Nissan had been rekeyed at some time so they manually had to figure out the new key code. To be honest many of the locksmiths out there would of charged more for this OR not had the expertise to do it at all. Skagit locksmith was able to figure out my key code, cut and reprogram the key all at the originally quoted low price and have me on my way in 15 minutes. What more can you ask for; great service and quality work at a VERY reasonable price. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. By the way, Dan's price for cutting a new key to code and programing....$50! Thanks Dan, I will be back.

Second time I've used this locksmith and I can tell you best service you can get in town! The locksmith that comes is always Dan. He gives great service! He doesn't ignore you. He always acknowledges that you're right there. I'm sure all the locksmiths that help people are great. I just think Dan's the BEST! I have a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu and got the car stuck on Security Theft Mode and needed help. Called him up and was fast. He knew what to do. It was $240 in total for my car (a new key, and a spear key) It was pricy but worth it! Highly recommend this company!

I just got back from two years in Hawaii, and couldn't find my car keys. I called Locksmith Skagit because their reviews were better than the locksmiths I had used in the past. Charlie came out quickly to help me and was pleasant and professional. He told me that I might need a transponder key, but luckily, after he jumped my car at no charge, the key worked fine. That saved me $60. When he first got there, he came over, introduce himself, and shook my hand. I can't remember the last time a locksmith did that. That alone put this company above and beyond the others. It was very refreshing to find a locksmith that would actually try to save you money by doing something at no charge. I'm not sure that has ever happened to me. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you ever need a locksmith, call them. You will not be disappointed. As Camano Island was not mentioned on the website I was a bit hesitant to call Dan. WOW glad I did. I did not have an emergency so we worked out a mutually agreeable time - although if it had been an emergency he would have come then. Had a roof rack without a key that was locked. Took it to another locksmith who couldn't get a key cut that worked or get the lock picked. Dan met me within 30 minutes of emailing him, picked the lock in a minute and had a key cut in another 5 minutes and all for cheaper than the other shop or getting a key direct from dealer. Thank you Dan! We got locked out of the house. I gave Skagit Locksmith a call. Dan was very helpful from the start. Over the phone, he offered up what it would cost for him to get us in again (a very fair price) and that he'd meet us in 20-25 minutes. 20 minutes later, Dan arrived. 30 minutes after I had called, we were back in the house. Fantastic end to a messy situation. In the future, I'll be calling Skagit Locksmith anytime I need locksmith services!

Dan is nothing short of AMAZING!!! After driving 4 hours to get to our concert destination, it was discovered that we forgot our tickets (ok, I did). My husband called Dan and within an hour he was at our home, making a house key from a PICTURE my husband sent of our key. He went in, got our $400 tickets and scanned them to us!!! Really helped my mom and I out today! My mom had somehow either lost her keys or had them taken from her purse at work yesterday. We looked EVERYWHERE and she had no spare. Luckily a cop was able to get one door unlocked but they keys weren't in it. The next day after much stress and being told by someone that she'd have to get a new ignition, I decided to call around for locksmiths. I think his name was Dan, he quoted me a low price of $90 for her 91 Acura integra and got to Laconner from Mount Vernon in 20 minutes. He actually got there before us and I live 5 mins away. It took less than 10 mins if that, and provided her with two keys. Now I am planing on getting a spare made for my car. It's newer so the key is way more expensive but he quoted me almost half what the Lexus dealership did. Id recommend his services to anyone.

Thanks to Skagit locksmith we were able to get a key for our car that lost it's chip to it somehow. We had called 3 other companies that evening and left voicemails for help. When we finally tried Skagit locksmith the guy answered and even though his night was busy he was still the only one that responded and for that I'm greatful. Got a new house and wanted to change the locks. Dan came out the same day I called him, and arrived at the time he said he would. He did a good job explaining the options I had re: hardware, different ways we could set up the keys, etc, and I appreciated being given different options so I could make a decision that worked best for my family and budget. All I can say is outstanding! I broke my key in half in my car when I went to lock my door and so happened to be the only one I had. Mine you it was also 7 at night when this happened. So as I struggled to look for a lock smith close to get a key made so I can drive home I happened to find that nine of the lock Smiths that said they where open, weren't. So as I searched frantically through Google I found these guys and they were a life saver! He came to the rescue even though he was on a walk with his family and a appointment 20 minutes later and still made time to help me! Can't say enough good things other than he's the man don't call anyone else.
