It was a sheer stroke of luck that I contacted this gentleman. I was looking for a locksmith to repair my sliding glass door and randomly picked his number. I described the problem and he came over to give an estimate. He inspected the door, told me what parts were needed and that he would order them. He advised me when he ordered and told me that it would be a couple of days before they arrived. When he had the parts in hand he called and scheduled an installation date. He arrived on time, quickly repaired the sliding door, all the while being a very pleasant, professional person. He and his wife have recently moved to Virginia Beach from Boston. He has a business in Boston but didn't exactly like the snow and cold weather associated with the area. He is in the process of getting his business going here and I wholeheartedly support his efforts. We will be luck to have a family like this in our midst to service our safety equipment. I'm 74, don't have time to write something that isn't sincere.

Locked myslef out of my apartment on a Sunday! This was the first place I called because it popped up on google with 5 stars. He answered the phone right away. Was at my place within the time he said he would be, 20-25 min. I was in my apartment in 5-10 min. after he arrived! He was very friendly and very knowledgable! The rates were great too. I will add, this is the second time I have locked the keys in my place, (it's been quite a while, a year or so) but the first time, the company I called took at least an hour to get in! I would def recommend Saftey Locksmith!

So greatful for this guy! After calling around for TWO DAYS and not hearing back from any other company. I called Safety Locksmith Services and not only was my call returned right away but Fares was here within 15 minutes just like he told me he would be. I needed a new key for my ignition- my car was a little bit of a hassle to deal with but it was nothing for Fares- he stayed so calm and didn't rush anything. Customers were calling him back to back for more jobs, he took care of their calls but also made sure that he explained everything he was doing so I knew everything he did and why. He double checked everything over and made sure it was perfect. Seriously can't even explain how greatful I am for this guy. They’re dishonest about the pricing. We agreed on one pricing through the phone. When he showed up, it was $50 more. He made several excuses of why it went up. But he should have kept his word. We also waited for another guy because he couldn’t get it to work. There also other places that are way cheaper, he just showed up faster that’s why we used him.

I can not say THANK YOU enough! I called Safety LockSmith Services LLC. because I had a security issue at my house. I needed to change the locks to feel secure at night. Safety LockSmith Services LLC. Came within an hour and changed all the locks 7 total, made them all the same key and gave me extra keys. Then I Asked him to stick around until my family or the police showed up because I did not want to be left alone because of the security issue and the owner stayed until my family showed up and did not leave until others were there. Very happy with the service. Called Safety Locksmith on a Thursday afternoon, to replace an old bolt-style lock that had broken on my front door. He arrived 20 minutes later and replaced it with one he had in his van. While he was here, I also had him make 2 keys for the outer storm door, which I had lost years ago. Very prompt service at very reasonable rates. I will definitely use Safety Locksmith Service for any lock issues in the future.

ELEVEN STARS = I locked the only key to my 750 BMWli in my trunk, with my bank card too! NOBODY WOULD EVEN TOUCH IT. They told me to take it to a BMW shop (they are closed). SO I decided to try every locksmith in town. THIS WAS THE ONLY LOCKSSMITH WHO WOULD EVEN TRY. They came quickly and it is this amazing woman who assured me, although no man in town can SHE CAN. And after quite the struggle with the beemer she finally does. It took her maybe 15 minutes total, she left no scratch. she is just an amazing beautiful human being who was so sweet in a moment of complete disaster. She might actually be an angel. For the price of the tow (if i could get a tow in this garage at all today) in a fraction of the time she solved all my problems. I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL!!! classiest locksmith on earth!!! much much love to them all at this place, they saved my vacation.

2/1618...9:00pm Tonight of all nights my daughter and I were locked out of our apartment. Our maintenance crew does not unlock doors so I had to call a locksmith. I actually prayed before looking online and came right to Safety LockSmith!! He answers immediately and said he would be here in 15mins... I called popalock first they were 10 cheaper but was going to take longer.. my gut was telling me to stay with this company and it was correct!! The owner was very polite and beat the 15 mins time he gave me!! He even offered to make us a spare key free!! If you need someone that is ontime .. respectful.. polite and quick please call this company!! I hope I never have to call him again

A1 service! I called at 12am on 3/10/2019 and he was at my place by 1am. Had to get 2 keys programs for my 08 Chrysler town and country and he got it done in 30 minutes, and cut keys for the doors as well. I can appreciate good work but great customer service goes even further. Will definitely recommend, and use again! (Well hopefully I won’t need again anytime soon lol). THANKS AGAIN!

Amazing service!! This gentleman responded extremely fast and was more than helpful! We loaned our SUV to a friend while in town and only had 1 key for it as my husband just purchased it as a repossession and we only had a manufactures key they had made. My husband is out to sea as he's in the Navy and I explained this to the gentlemen along with what had happened. My husband had emailed asking to get a second key made so this doesn't happen again but I explained to the gentleman that we didn't have the extra money to cover the additional key.
