Loudoun County Rocks

Called to get help for a large residential remodeling project and the person I spoke to didn't seem to want to help or come to my house to see what I needed. It was a weird and frustrating phone call, as I felt that I was bothering the person I was speaking to. I was told Baldino's is the best in Loudoun, but that wasn't my experience. These guys could've made a lot of money -- just under $9,000 job that someone else ended up doing from a Fairfax lock company. I guess Baldino's is just too busy???

The price is reasonable. The guy is always nice behind the counter whoever it is that's sitting there. Really nice open bright store. There's different keys that you can choose from to make your p an original for you.

My 1998 car ignition key would not turn unless I tried 20-50 times. I removed the tumbler and brought it to Baldinos. Mike called me back in a few hours to say it was finished. I reinstalled the tumbler and all 3 car keys work perfectly. This was much more convenient and hundreds of dollars cheaper than the car dealer path. Excellent service!

My husband came home with a filing cabinet that was going to be tossed away because it wouldn't lock. We took it by BALDINO'S and for less than 30$ we left with 2 keys that locked that free cabinet and in turn... garnered my husband with a sale of the cabinet. The gentleman was courteous and efficient. Pricing is fair and straightforward. Conveniently located with easy street access.

Eric at Baldino's Lock and Key was very patient and knowledgeable and helped make picking out new doorknobs/locks for my new house a breeze. Locks arrived quickly, Eric gave me a call when they arrived at the shop, then again when they were ready for pickup. Prices were on-par with the online competition, but you can't beat the personal touch of going to a brick-and-mortar shop for something like this.

This is a worthwhile home improvement. Baldinos replaced hardware on 4-entry doors in our home w/solid brass deadbolts. They look beautiful & feel amazing every day-so different from builder grade. We r delighted w/product, prices & installation!
