Our lock broke and door was jammed shut, and we were in a hole. Jay from Chantilly came out almost immediately. He unjammed the door which was difficult to begin with. He repaired the bolt and lock, and we were able to continue using the same keys. He came faster than promised, and charged less than estimated. And he couldn't have been more friendly and professional. I highly recommend Baldinos -- and Jay in particular!!!

I stopped in to get a remote start key programmed. I called around and Baldinos was the cheapest, by a lot. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The owner had some good advice on how to save money on future key programming. I'd highly recommend.

Great service! They can do pretty much any key. I originally went to Lowes to get it done but they didn't have the equipment to cut a copy of my key, even though I had a blank copy. Baldinos not only was able to cut it, but they also had extra blanks available.

This is a fine business owned by great, honest people. I was helping replace a commercial door lock, and I, in infinite wisdom, took out the core and the pins fell out. They offered me an exact replacement at a fair price. It was getting closer to dark and I like an idiot managed to mess up the installation, the whole lock was jammed and I couldn't unscrew the lock I'd just bought from the door. I came back with the intentions of either buying a whole new lock assembly or paying for a locksmith to come out with late-hours charges. Instead, they described step by step what could have gone wrong, and showed what I should do to unjam the lock. I definitely looked really stupid in the store, but they were extremely helpful and explained how to fix the lock for FREE myself, which I did. I definitely highly recommend Baldino's because they turned down the opportunity of me happily giving them hundreds of dollars so I could fix the lock myself for free.

Baldinos has been my go to locksmith for years and I am not willing to TRY others as I have heard way too many bad stories about faulty or shotty work.
