"Snake" was very helpful and I give him 5 stars. Docked a star because the price of standard key copies is a little high. I understand if they can't do it as cheaply as Home Depot, but maybe there could be a discount on each subsequent copy of the same key.

This place is not 24 hours, despite what the hours say. I walked to the store at 7:30 on a Tuesday and found it locked, despite the sign on the door reading “open: come in.” Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called the phone number. No answer.

Waited outside for 20 minutes after reading their "Be Back in 10 Minutes" sign at 4:40 PM and was greeted by a gentleman 2 minutes after closing at 5 PM. He told me that he didn't have time to make me a key then shut the door in my face as I tried reasoning with him. Will never go back to Baldinos.
