Andre is a nice person, and came in half an hour after I made the call. Even though he had his locksmith license, he couldn't open the lock as it seemed to be jammed, so he had to break the lock to get us in. After that he replaced the broken part of lock while saying replacing the whole lock would be a bigger bill, therefore I let him finish his job. The new lock works fine, and doesn't automatically lock me out which is good. However it looks a bit different from before, and it is not as convenient as other deadbolt locks I have seen, which at least opens automatically from inside. Overall I find the service was acceptable, but the price of $350 was way too expensive for an hour's work.
