Wonderful family owned business (the family truly works there together). It was so hard to find a jaguar spare key and they made me one quick and easy. I had Glenn come to my home and look at my gun safe, less than 2 years old, that has always been very difficult to get opened. He changed the combination, which was the problem, and checked out & lubricated the locking mechanisms. It has never worked so well since I got it. Turns out the last number in the original combination was on the edge of a “dead zone”. Changing the combo solved the problem. Thanks Glenn!

Going the extra mile, I had two employees come out to my vehicle with me and discuss the specifics of what they were doing during the process of programming a remote key and fob to my Honda Odyssey. I had my children with me, so they allowed me to stay out in the minivan for as much as possible so I didn't have to hold them inside. Furthermore, one of the employees asked if it was ok if my son had a treat and then gave him a hi-chew! The price was cheaper than other local Honda dealers, and much more convenient. All-in-all a great establishment.

I live out of town , but own residential properties in Ogden. I received a call last night at midnight stating squatters had taken over one of my houses. I was two hours away, so I contacted the Ogden Police Department with my issue. The police went out and told me the front door had been kicked in. I was very nervous about the situation and asked them what I should do. They immediately and without hesitation recommended I call Key Man as they are trustworthy, reliable, and friendly. Three locksmiths from Key Man came out and ensured my house was secure. They even made recommendations to ensure it does not happen again. After they were finished, I became aware this is a family business and all employees are family members. It is so refreshing to know there are still businesses like this around who actually care about customers. I HIGHLY recommend them. Their vehicles and uniforms look so professional!

These guys are the absolute best when it comes to car keys. I called literally EVERY locksmith in the State of Utah and they were the only ones able to make a key to my Mercedes when I had lost them all on a Saturday night. I had my car towed to their shop and they stayed late just to help me out. Mercedes told me it would take a week. Key Man had the key in stock and Glenn was able to do the job the same day at a very fair price. They are so very personable and kept me entertained and fed me while I waited.

I lost the keys to my 2007 Volvo XC90. I called EVERY other locksmith in the area and everyone told me they could not make my keys and I would have to go to the dealer. I called the dealer and they wanted over $1,500 for a new module plus the cost of keys. They told me they are the only one who can make these special keys and no locksmith can do it. I should have called Key Man first!!! Glen and Xavier were able to make two new keys for my car and program them into my module the dealer wanted to replace. Yes, the same module the dealer said could not be reused. The best part was it took less than an hour and cost over $1,000 less than the dealer quoted me. What kind of strange sorcery is this??? All other locksmiths could learn a thing or two from these guys.

Several months ago I tried another locksmith who was mobile. I ordered a key from them and they were unable to program it. They told me I had to go to the dealer because no locksmith could program it. I mentioned this locksmith and they told me not to go here because they would break my car. While on vacation my wife lost all of the keys to our 2007 BMW X5 and 2009 Volvo XC70. I called literally every locksmith in Ogden and Utah as well. I am a locksmith myself, but just do basic cars. Key Man was the only automotive locksmith skilled and competent enough to make keys for these cars. They had the BMW completed in under 30 minutes and the Volvo in about an hour. Almost every other locksmith told me this is a job only a dealer can do. They lied. One even told me to stay away from Key Man because they did not know what they were doing. I now understand why they said this. Key Man makes all other car locksmiths look incompetent. Key Man did in less than two hours what the dealers told me would take nearly two weeks and thousands of dollars.

They have even said buy from this online Store and search for this exact item or else they can order it but they would have to charge more money versus me buying it. Super highly recommended

However, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. He gave me the name of another company that was open 24 hours and in the same price range. The car key remote they gave me is much cheaper feeling than my original because they make them in house. It still gets the job done but this is something I wish I had known before the service was performed. As they were checking me out an option to leave a tip was given, however that was cleared quickly by the woman who cashed me out and I was told to sign. I didn’t really notice when it was happening because they were talking to me but they added a $5 tip to the bill. If they were unhappy with the amount they were charging me, they should have been upfront about it and given me an honest pricing. I would have left a tip as well, but it’s different when the option is taken from you. They were friendly but shady. I would feel uncomfortable returning here.

Wow! What would I do without these guys? We have had so many keys and they have been able to help us for all of them! Old 99 Saab. Foresters. Prius. And everything in between. When one of our cars died, they took an earlier fob we had made with them and re programmed it for our new car for FREE! These guys are the best. They can solve any key problem. I promise!

Did you ever have to replace a digital auto key for one of the newer car models? if so, you discovered the shock of the cost at the dealers!! It can be several hundred dollars for a car key!!! Never have the dealer replace the key!!! Go to Key Man Lock and get a far more reasonable cost. They were great, quick and friendly. If they can't do it, we doubt it can be done!!

Awesome customer service! I accidentally activated MyKey on my Ford and decided to get a second key to clear it. I called about ten different places for a quote and Key Man was the best price overall, and some weren’t even able to give me a quote over the phone, but Key Man was able to. The next day i went in and got my new key cut and programmed, Glenn was extremely nice and knew exactly what he was doing. Their store is really cute and well kept. It smelled really good and they had a ton of locks and keychains. Glenn got my key cut and programmed very fast and the price was a fraction of what i would pay at the dealership. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the quality of the job done, my key works exactly like my original one. I would definitely recommend Key Man to friends and family.

Exceptional customer service! I brought an ignition assembly (that I had pulled out of my 2004 Honda Odyssey that has over 250k miles) into the shop. Xaviere explained the repair plan and cost, as well as the need for a new key to prevent repeat damage. He repaired it while I waited, coming to the lobby several times to report progress and explain findings. I appreciated his explanations and help. I was out of there in less than an hour with a new key and rebuilt ignition. When I reinstalled everything, ignition worked perfectly. Xaviere programmed the key to clone my old one, and that worked as promised. As I said, I was extremely impressed with the customer service, as well as the workmanship. I felt charges were very appropriate. Although Honda keys are on the pricy side, Key Man is probably cheaper than other options.
