Never ask for David. He doesn't provide a valid receipt. It's just some generic yellow paper without a company name or anything useful. He incorrectly charged taxes. The cost quoted was $400 and taxes were just a dollar amount to round up the total to $500 even. He also took the locks he replaced. That's still our property. The service we paid for was for new locks to be installed. He could've at least informed us he was disposing them as a favor to us. We might still wanted to have kept them. Also, he was installing the lock incorrectly and that caused the door handle to be completely vertical and impossible to use. He tried to say it was for security reasons. After awhile he finally installed it correctly. He also disappeared before finishing the job. He never returned and we had to constantly call the office to get him to finish the job. He is likely a misogynist as well since he is only polite to the male of the house and rude to the female. The other positive reviews for this place are probably because they never had to deal with David.
