Nate helped me save my two stuck pups that locked themselves in my car over a month ago. I'm still not over how impressed I am with how the whole situation went. I was about to bust windows, call police or spend who knows how much on a new windshield.. I even called other locksmiths in my area and they said it would take 50 minutes and I needed to call police. Calling Nate was my very last option and he told me he would be there immediately, and I believe he was there within 5-7 minutes. So so thankful. The price was very reasonable and cheap as well. I'll use them in future if we ever get ourselves in a bunch!

They are not reasonable, they will over charge you for what it is worth. I paid 150 dollars for him to try 4 numbers for 10 minutes just to get the safe door open and my combination inside. Very unhelpful I would recommend watching a YouTube video rather than going to Des keys.

Rude treatment over the phone. Asked about getting a new key for my car and was very rudely told that I'd have to wait at least five days. I understand if you are currently unavailable to help me, but it was be nice to be treated with respect and not like I'm an idiot for even asking for help. At least, that's how the conversation made me feel. Disappointed me. I liked what I saw on their website and was disappointed in my treatment over the phone. Maybe the woman who answered was just having a bad day, but you should keep your personal mood out of your work.

After trying 3 other places someone told me aboit De's Keys. I had never heard of them before, but I will not forget them now. They have every type key imaginable and I'm amazed that I had never heard of them before because they said they have been in business over 30 years. I will be recommending them to everyone!
