A called on behalf of a friend who locked her keys in her car. When I asked how much it would cost, I was told it would be a $19 trip charge and the cost to get into the car starts at $29. I was told since I was the one paying, I would get a call with a quote before anything was done. That didn't happen. I ended up having my friend call me and put the locksmith on the phone. I was told the work was done and would be $137. I asked for a breakdown and he said $19 trip charge, $71 in labor to unlock the door, plus an after hours charge, weekend charge, credit card charge. Just fair warning to all regarding their additional charges. For that amount of money I could buy my friend a AAA membership. ****In response to the owner's comments. It was not 11pm on a Sunday when the call was made. It was 8pm on a Saturday. My complaint is that the rate wasn't disclosed when I specifically asked. Nor were my requests to discuss the rate prior to the work being done followed.****

Made contact with them on 3/17/19 around 8 PM, regarding a key being snapped off in a lock at one of our locations. We were required to place a 95 dollar deposit and were told that the locksmith would arrive at 7:30 am. I arrived at 7:15 and at 7:45, attempted to call the technician who’s number i had been given. After about an hour of attempting to contact the technician, i called the main business number, and left a message. I received a call stating that i would be called back after they were able to get ahold of the technician. After another 45 minutes, i was told that the technician would be there as soon as possible. Another hour rolls buy, and while i sat in my car and turned customers away based on the fact that i couldn’t get inside, and at 9:50, the technician arrives. He swiftly drills the lock out, as the key was too far in to extract, and opened the door to get me inside. He then asks if I want to replace the lock, and of course i say yes. He re-keyed the lock to match our key, and re-installed the lock. After getting a good look at the receipts of $699 dollars, i had to call our general manager. 60 dollars for a key extraction 179 dollars for the door opening 279 dollars for the lock (which is at most 50 dollars from any local retailer) 50 dollars for a re-key 90 dollars for something else that isn’t well described on the receipt 45 dollars in tax. Make sure you get a solid agreed upon price for work performed before dealing with them. We’ve been entirely appalled with our service and blatant lack of professionalism from here.

The guys dispatched my this locksmith was able to come and open the lock after I locked myself out when I went to take the garbage out. Lucky to have such caring guy attend to me.

Crooks!! I was required to pay a $95 "after hours" service fee in advance for services needed an hour before they open....however, they were almost 3 hours late to the appointed time! When I called to find out what was going on or to at least get an ETA, I was absolutely given the run around and then eventually they wouldn't even pick up the call...to add insulting to injury by the time completely unapologetic tech finally did show up it was well inside their operational hours so naturally I requested the removal of the fraudulent service fee...they laughed.... Don't make the same mistake I did. Call ANYONE else!

Very very over priced, do not call these guys they will rip you off, charged me $592 to replace two $20 locks. I have multiple businesses and have called lock Smith’s in the past have never paid so much in fact not even half that, dissappointed that there’s businesses out there like these who take advantage of people.
