Truly caring people. Our 3 year old locked our 1 year old in a bedroom. We don’t have a key to that room and had no way to get in. Wife calls me, panicking; I was stuck at work far away and can’t get home. 1 year old is screaming; he wants out. Wife calls Bilco. Guy gets to our apartment within 5 minutes (we will call him Hero for now on). Hero sees my stressed wife and hears my 1 year old crying to get out. Hero opens the door with in minutes. Wife thanks him and goes to pay him. He refuses payment. Hero is a hero.

I had a wonderful experience here! I needed a copy of a transponder key for my car, and they were able to make it for me right on site. This place was the cheapest that I found (it cost $70), but with the quality of the guest service I would have been willing to pay more. They were super nice to work with, and they made the entire copy for me in less than ten minutes, including the car programming time. The nice employees even gave me and my three year old daughter a doughnut, and they gave my little girl a set of spare keys to play with and keep. I was really impressed with the service that I received, and I will use them for all of my lock and key needs from here on out. I was highly impressed.

Bilco saved us! My fiance and I were having such a hard time finding anyone who could cut keys for a 1988 Bronco because it was "too old" and four different locksmiths as well as a Ford dealership all told us the ignition switch would absolutely have to be changed and would cost over $250 at minimum. That was not okay with us. We contacted Bilco and they told us they could get new keys made, without switching the ignition lock, and it would only cost $164, so we set up the appointment. The tech came out and got the keys made very quickly as well as giving us an extra copy of the keys, and only charged us $125! We are beyond happy and grateful to these guys for their service and awesome prices! Definitely recommend!

I was a very recent customer of BILCO and have never been more satisfied with any service. I was having trouble with my key. Earlier this morning I snapped my key in my trunk. I went to dealer only to find out they can't make my key due to the year of my vehicle. I was in a tight bind on cash and was tired of running around. I explained my money situation to the store associate and he very kindly and respectfully asked if I believed in the honor code. I quickly responded with yes I am a man of my word. He then told me ill make the key for you if you give me your word you will pay me when you have the cash. I was dumbfounded. I couldn't believe my luck. I wouldn't of had a vehicle for work without these guys. I am so grateful for their help and am so happy that their are still honest businesses still out there. If you want someone PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL,HONEST, and full of INTEGRITY, then BILCO is the place to go.

They were fast and cheap! Our Ford requires one of those specialized keys that cost well over $100 at a dealership or at Home Depot, and Bilco got us a new key and also one to open the doors (without the chip) for only $60. They knew what they were doing and were pretty fast.

Amazing service and company! We will definitely be using their services in the future. My 2 year old son got locked in his bedroom (fortunately he fell asleep), and Bilco's locksmith came out quickly. He went straight to the door and was able to open it in seconds. I had a great experience. Several years ago I tried to make a copy of my car key at Lowes and I guess there are certain types of keys that they are not able to copy there. After that I assumed that making a copy was going to be a more complicated and expensive process so naturally I put it off for about three years. After a lost key scare I decided get the copy made. I took it in to Bilco and it honestly took less than a minute and wasn't expensive. Honestly if you ever need a key copied, replaced or made I would save the time trying to hunt someone down at Walmart or Home Depot and just go straight to these guys.

We decided to upgrade the security of our home by switching out our old locks and installing Schlage. The senior staff member who assisted us knew most everything about locks, had a personality which made for a pleasant chat while we were learning about locks for the front door, deadbolts plus the interior doors to our garage and entry way. I went to another locksmith to buy a lock and he didn't even understand what I needed... I had my broken lock in my hand. Drove to Bilco and had a replacement in my hands in 2 minutes. These guys understand mechanisms, different lock types and can offer options to solve your security problem. Highly recommend because experience and knowledge is hard to find these days.

I had a filing cabinet key that was abnormal and I was having a hard time getting a duplicate of. After going to a different locksmith and looking online, I asked a coworker for advice on where to try. With no hesitation I was told "Go to Bilco, they're great!!" I stopped in. The gentleman behind the counter was able to find a motorcycle key that was similar and cut it down to size. Took it back to the office. The key went in, but didn't turn. Went back 2 days later, a different gentleman redid the key and apologized that I had been charged for a key that didn't work. Both times, the service was extremely prompt and efficient, great customer service. Only complaint is parking is extremely limited in the front of the store and is a little awkward figuring out the first time. Neighboring stores don't share parking, so this is unfortunately outside of Bilco's control.

Bilco's is an honest business with integrity. You can't find better out there. I have used Bilco Locks twice now, for a key that got stuck in an old car, and a key that has broken in a door lock. On both occasions he was able to fix both and create new keys from manufacturers codes that worked beautifully. If you want new locks; they will be honest with as to whether you really need them or not. They do not sell you things if you do not need them, unless you want them anyway-of course.

This was the second time and both times were beyond any reasonable expectation for keys that work. Both times I have had smart keys for cars made at a fraction of the cost the dealer wanted and much quicker than leaving a car for 2 to 4 hours at the dealership. It is a locksmith so they are much more into getting it right than holding someone's hand for the person that wants customer service above getting it right.

These guys were amazing!! Office was so easy to deal with. I needed a chip key made and called Orem Locksmith. They came out were very rude and wanted to charge me double what Bilco did. When their locksmith came he was super nice and very professional. He came right at the scheduled appointment time. He was able to fix and program the key all in about 20 minutes. The other company said it would take 2 hours of labor. Be careful who you get to come do this stuff for you! So happy with Bilco and their service, I would use them again anytime. Great job :)

Dave came out to help us fix a gate to our store. I spoke with him on the phone when he arrived and from the start he was short with me and didn't really even want to hear what problems we were having with the lock. After I insisted on telling him the issues we were having he told me that I would have to call a gate company to fix the second issue. (after working on the gate for a minute he WAS able to fix both issues). We had an employee there at our store working with him directly and she felt like he was unapproachable and unfriendly as well.

So far I have been to Bilco for getting keys twice. Every single time I've been, Bilco has always been very reliable and a lot cheaper than all of the other key places around. We went to a lot of different Toyota dealerships to get a key cut and programmed for our 2007 Toyota Prius. Since our door with the lock on it was different from the number to the car, getting a key was rather difficult, but Bilco just took our VIN number to our door and made the key! Such a relief to have a key! Bilco is awesome!

My old truck gas tank door & lock jammed and I had no way to fill my truck with gas. I tried an auto body shop and another locksmith but they couldn't fix it. One even told me to drill it out and call a salvage yard for a possible replacement lock. When I got to Bilco their guy got it open and removed in minutes. After leaving my contact info and receiving a pink frosting donut with sprinkles for my daughter (Donut Friday) I drove home and walked in the door and got a call from Bilco that it was fixed already! Those are some miracle workers there. They are so friendly, fast, and know their locks. They even answered questions about random code locks in our home that have been mysteries for years. Your man, Tyler, deserves a raise. He was true to the quoted price that we were given over the phone, he came in less than half an hour, and had the door opened in under five minutes. Either our locks are for sissies, or that employee rocks. I’m going with the latter. These guys are even cheaper than the other three places I called. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again if the need arises * They unlocked our door at the door knob, I don’t know the experience with the deadbolt.

Nice and caring people, but I was under the impression that locksmiths are always cheaper than the dealership for getting a new key programmed. This was not the case here, they gave me a decent quote over the phone then when I came in said they might have to charge an extra fee if they needed to run some additional diagnostic codes when programming the key and there would be no way of knowing. Also they wanted to charge more than the dealership to get the high-security car key cut. I ended up just going to the dealership and saving a good amount of money. So just be sure to look around before automatically assuming local locksmiths offer superior service.

I came here to see if I could get a key fob replaced for my Toyota Camry. I had gone to a dealership which was going to charge me $300 for their service. At this locksmith I was only charged $42, and the person helping me knew exactly what to do to fix my problem. And to top things off, they cut a spare key for my house for a very small price.
