Arco does not communicate or coordinate the service calls with their technicians in an effective manner. They sent out the wrong guy the first time who couldn't do the job. The said they would send out another guy who could, but after they were supposed to already be at the home the technician called and said he couldn't do it. Don't waste your time or money on a poor service company!

But, then I saw a review from someone I actually knew (Katie Gardner), and her review was very positive, and so I called these guys to have them re-key the house that I rent after the tenants moved out. Eric was our locksmith. He was great. Professional. Funny. Prompt. The prices were fair. Very pleased. UPDATE: Just used them again (Aug 2019) and again, exceptional service. I rarely write reviews. I pretty much only write them if I am incredibly impressed or if the service or item has failed in a way they shouldn't have. At first I was pleased with their service and had no complaints. We had a rekey service done so that all our locks would match in our new home. Once the locksmith was done, he handed us our key copies and we paid the bill. A couple months later I try to come in through our back door and come to find out he didn't rekey the back door even though I saw him take the core out. I contacted ARCO (emailed back and forth with a Trace W) and they told me that since it has been two months they will not send out a locksmith free of charge. It's not like I can cause a lock to suddenly no longer be keyed correctly. Only logical explanation is that the work I paid to be done wasn't done and they don't stand behind their service. If you use their service, learn from my experience and don't let the locksmith leave until everything is done to your satisfaction otherwise you'll be stuck with having to find another locksmith to come out to do ARCO's job for them. Very disappointing and unfortunate.

Our insurance contacted Arco to unlock our car. They were quick to get there and do the job. Unfortunately for us, the key was not inside the car. Ryan said he could make a copy but that he would have to come back to do it, we were going to have him do it but they wanted to charge an additional $45 just to come back and an additional $120 to make the key! Fortunately for us, we were able to find the key and did not need to spend more money!

We used ARCO Lock & Security for an Airbnb project in Lehi, Utah. Communication was professional. Once we accepted our estimate, it took a couple of weeks for the parts to come in. Installation after that. That was done professionally and all (the new electronic lock for the Airbnb) was explained well. There was a little hiccup: the deadbolt and hardware for our main door upstairs did not come in with the other parts. We had to wait another week or so for that to come in and then be scheduled for an install. Overall: Professional. Would use them again.
