The locksmith I called suggested that he try to fix my problem over the phone, AND HE DID FIX IT, for free, to save me money. He talked with me a couple of times to make sure I got his instructions right I appreciate it so much and it is it is so nice that he didn't just come to our house and charge a lot of money. He FIXED it! I can get my camper shell open! I am going to send the company's link to to my family who may need them someday.. And ... it is well worth it for a customer to try to understand an accent that is difficult to understand. In my case it turned out very well!

Extremely weird experience with them. I locked my keys in my car, and I called them to pop the door open. They matched the price of a competitor, which was awesome! The tech was very fast, super helpful, and generally awesome. However, the dispatcher called me after the service had been performed and yelled (literally yelled, I don't remember the last time another adult yelled at me) about how I swindled him and that he didn't agree to the price I was charged (he did). Weird customer service strategy, I was ready to use them to make duplicates of my fob car keys, but now I will definitely not be using them.

I called and they said a tech would call me back within 5 minutes. After 20 minutes I called back, she apologized and said someone would call immediately. After another 30 minutes I called to cancel and they wouldn't answer my call. Finally after 1 hour someone called. I cancelled my request because I don't want to work with this company.

Great company. They came and made me a key at snowbird ski resort when I lost my key on the mountain. Ben let me wait in their car while the key was being made because it was freezing outside. Do Not Use This Company! I needed a new key fob programmed on a Sunday. They gave me a time and didn’t show up. I rescheduled for the next morning and the tech would not answer the phone that next morning. I called a different company. When the tech showed up late he was angry with me for calling someone else. He yelled at me calling me names and cursing as he drove away.
