My wife locked her keys in the car and it is just a fob for keyless entry and ignition. The car doors should never locked. anyways we called 24 hour draper locksmith and they had someone come out and get the door opened. I have a 2006 cadillac sts in mint condition. They used a inflation device without telling my wife that it may damage the door. now my car door is bent it looks half opened when fully closed. I have called and called with no response. I will dispute these charges. i have 1100 dollars worth of repairs now. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

DO NOT call these people if you get locked out of a vehicle. It took them 2 hours to come, even though they said they were in Draper and would dispatch someone who would be there in 15 minutes. The locksmith they dispatched flat-out LIED to me about where he was several times in my effort to track him down. He said he was 15 minutes away and there was heavy traffic when it was obvious from the call that he was walking and not even in a car. And my husband who was driving there all the way from downtown Salt Lake City beat him there by an hour. 30 minutes later when called again he asked why I hadn’t told him it was at the Walgreens even though I had explicitly told him that and given him the EXACT address! 10 minutes later he told me he was there and could I give him my son’s number. The phone that was LOCKED in the car that I’d explained to him several times. Another phone call later he said he was pulling into the parking lot even though by that time my husband was STANDING in the parking lot talking to me on the other line and NO ONE was pulling in! Then when they FINALLY showed up, they said, “oh, we sent someone else, but they got into a car accident so we had to send another driver.” LIES!! I have the phone records to prove that I only talked to one guy on one number throughout the entire time! TOTAL SCUMBAGS! If a 0 review were possible, they deserve it!

I re-rate them 3 stars because of their customer service. I’m still not happy with what happened since my door did get gashes and chipped and was still over priced but after reading my first review they called and apologized for that specific door man who clearly didn’t know what he was doing and refunded me a little bit of money. It was nice of them but even then I honestly think my case deserved more of a refund than what they gave me because that won’t even pay to repair the damage they did. Also before a nice person called me to apologize I got called from someone else that didn’t know how to help even though THEY called me and then I got a very rude email response to my first review. It took them a few tries but I ended up getting treated better by the few people in their company that have respect. I will end by saying *hire at your own risk* of what employee they send your way. Could be a good guy.. could be the one they sent me.

Great, quick service at a fair price. My front door key (a copy of an original) worked for 8 months until it got cold out. The employee working educated me on how coldness can mess with locks and also gave me a guarantee his copy of the original would work. He was right!

These guys are crooks! Over the phone they tell you their rates start at $30/hour. Their guy open the door to our locked house in under 30 seconds, then informed us the bill would be $120. I asked him how this half minute job didn’t qualify for the $30 rate. After a bunch of double talk he finally admitted they’ve never charged anyone the $30 “starting rate”.... that’s just a sales trick they use over the phone to get their people in the door. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUM BAGS.

Needed a home keys changed got a quote when technician arrived wanted to charge double also a service charge after we explained what was needed multiple times over the phone. Dont need someone to come out for no reason. Technician also said they were on site at one time but no one was there then waited another for them to actually arrive. How can they be on site and then need another hour to actually show. Also, said we had high sec locks on home that is a lie. They sound like they use sub contractors not actual employees. 5/29 i have called multiple times i even left a vm today w Tammy who is supposedly with dispatch who did not return my call. Your company is not trustworthy. I most certainly contacted your company see invoice 24208. The technician also said could easily pick lock and then said it would be $60.00. That does not sound like an "easy" price. I recommend Bob Lock and Key they came out did the rekey and the price I received was what I was quoted. Also, interesting note i looked at the positive reviews for Draper Locksmith and it seems pnina danan gave 6 5 star ratings to all there different locations. Seem Pnina gets locked out of there car a lot.
