Very fast service and the operator and technician were both very helpful! Our car was stranded because my sister lost the keys and we couldn’t afford to tow it. They helped us out a lot and found us a deal to afford their services. The quality of the new key was very good and the technician did everything within 10-15 minutes. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER! ALL YOU ARE GOING TO DO IS WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING ON THE TECHNICIAN. The guy was supposed to show up between 4pm-5pm, he is an hour and 12 mins late. I called the technician to see where he is at, and he is phone is turned off. I called the office to see what is going on with the technician and they put me on hold for 8mins to get ahold of the technician. 8mins is excessive to be on hold. So I hung up and called again and they picked up and put me on hold again and then hung up on me. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I called on a Saturday morning because my back door handle was not working in our home. I didn't expect them to be able to come out the same day, but Enrique came in a couple of hours! Enrique was very sweet and super helpful. He was honest about the potential repairs and costs. He was able to repair the back door and even helped repair the front door when he was on his way out. Highly recommend, and will definitely be using again if problems arise in the future. Thank you!!

Response time was quick enough for a Sunday but their price was extremely high for such an easy and quick job. To buy the lock set itself would've cost just $20-$25 and taken about 5-10 minutes to replace. They charged almost $200 for a new lock set. Would only recommended if you're caught in a bind. This job was conducted for a business so they may have gauged the price due to that plus the fact that it was a Sunday call. If your situation is not an absolute emergency make sure to do your research first.
