I hate to give local businesses a bad review but this is the worst experience I have ever had! I placed a call in at 5:45pm today and he was supposedly on his way. Here it is now 8:50pm and I have yet to see or hear from anyone! I would fire my employees if they had a customer stranded like this and didn't communicate with some kind of piss poor excuse. My phone now has 3% battery and I have a feeling that I will be staying the night in the same exact spot I have been in. This is a terrible display of customer service! I would be deeply ashamed if this were my business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had paid to have key programed, $146 the key didn't program at first so he basically had given up,and was about to leave,with my money for come out charge,but tried key and it crunch,so I paid now my security light is back on,they want me to pay to have it done all over again,bad business

They didn't advise of $135 charge to come to Marshall. They didn't replace door part they destoyed. I don't recommend this business. One star because they arrived quickly after call.

Called pop a lock and they tired for an hour (I helped). I have a 2006 jeep wrangler. They couldn't do it. He chuckled when we told him. It took him 5 minutes to pick the lock and take measurements for a second key that he made me for free. For $50? Just call Lock Doc.
