Laura's Locksmith has consistently been able to replicate keys other locksmiths didn't want any part of. A well-known locksmith in Denison, TX told me what I wanted "couldn't be done". Laura's proved them wrong. Geographically speaking, Laura's is roughly fifty-five miles from me but they are more than happy to transact over the phone and through the mail in order to provide me with the keys necessary to complete various consulting projects. Exceptional turn-around time, customer service and skills. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone (near or far) - thank you Laura's Locksmith.

Best service I've ever had. A lady locked her keys in car at my grandfathers funeral and had no idea what to do. After calling 6 places I finally find this place. They got there super fast, the guy was beyond kind and helpful. Seriously amazing service!!!!

We are lucky enough to live close to Laura’s. We can pop in whenever we need or have one of their great locksmiths out to help us. We have an old house and manage a few rental properties, so we get to see Douglas and Lisa often. Very often Douglas has been able to solve unusual problems and make suggestions. He also takes the time to educate us rather than just work and go. We strongly recommend using Laura’s Locksmith because of their knowledgeable (and kind) staff!

Price way to high, my fault should have asked before they cut the key charged me almost 98 dollars could have got the dealer to do for 35. Had to come back and get fixed so would unlock the door. Told them what the dealer would have done it for. They said so you know where to go next time. So don't go there, ripoff artists. I went to their store they, could see paying more if they came to me. Call anyone else. Should change their name to ripoffs

Excellent work done by obvious experts. I bought three used RKI truck toolboxes, one that needed new keys and two that had the locks removed. RKI told me that their locks were only available through a merchant in Carrollton who told me they could provide the right locks for $85 a piece, keys not included, and that it would be several weeks before they came in. I drove straight to Laura’s and John, the owner, came out, took a look and said “yeah I think we’ve got something that’ll work.” He had my locks re-keyed in 15 minutes and then customized some locks he had on hand and my new boxes were fitted within thirty minutes, all three done for the price of one lock from Carrollton.

Best locksmith EVER! Incredibly knowledgeable, fair prices, and honest. Most locksmiths these days offer one price and then charge much higher. Total ripoffs. Not the case with Laura’s Locksmith. I think they’ve been here 30+ years, which says a lot. They’ve earned my business for life!
