If I could give 10 stars I would. I called ahead to see if they had a key fob for my truck and they sure enough did. He told me over the phone the prices and I was already excited because other places had quoted me 275+ dollars to get a key fob programmed for my truck and they weren't even providing the fob!!! Bryon and Sons fixed my old fob and got me a new one programmed in order for me to have 2 keys, which i have never had (was only provided one when i bought the truck) The professionalism at this business is just plain amazing. They are very friendly and work efficiently. It took the young man a total o 20 minutes to fix my old key and program a new one. So thankful for this business and will definitely be using them for all of my key related needs in the future!

Had my key break, called them and asked about if they could make a copy and how long and all that jazz. They picked up the phone immediately, answered all my questions clearly and when I got there their great customer service continued. Made me a new key in less than 5 minutes and it was all under $3. I lost my only key to my motorcycle. I had the key code but no one could help. I was advised if I bring my motorcycle or ignition in they will make a key. I had a carrier so, sure! Best thing.. I had to verify ownership! I was confused at first but now understand the possibility of criminal mischief with my request. Outstanding! They helped me unload my bike, make 2 keys and helped load it back up! It took about a hour after I dropped the bike off. They only charged 30 something for 2 keys and the magic of making a key from a ignition. Definitely had to leave a large tip to the pro!

Had a broken the ignition key in the ignition of my truck. They made it all very easy. Afterwards I set up a business account for my office and they are a lot cheaper than the locksmith across town on university for keys. Will be using them for all of my lock related needs from now on.

Very bad experience here. Dropped off drilled out vending machine locks in late August, the 2 men working (Bryan's Sons- I assume) we're not very interested in helping me. They said they would have to order them and it would take 2 weeks. Left them my phone number and they said they would call when the new locks arrived. Called again in late September and they didn't seem to have knowledge of my order, an older nice gentleman said they were ordered and would call me back. No call. On Oct 28th I picked up my broken locks (which they were barely able to find in their shop) I called the manufacturer of the vending machine and had new ones ordered within 10 minutes and I expect them to arrive this week. Tried supporting a local busines and learned a valuable lesson

What a joke went in for a key to be cut for a bmw on Monday he didnt have a key I got to blank keys went back he broke the tool asked me to back on my 3rd trip from justin was told he couldn't do it really, you couldn't tell me that on the 1st day

When my Honda's ignition key stopped turning I was looking at no less than a $200 + dealer markup and labor repair. After some googling I realized the problem was mechanical in nature and could be fixed without wastefully replacing the whole assembly. I removed the ignition assembly (with the help of YouTube) and went to Bryan and Sons Locksmith shop and was greeted by Kendall who had experience with this issue which put me at ease. Within an hour or two my ignition was good as new and I got a new key cut and programmed for a fraction of the price I would have spent at a dealer. I would confidently recommend this business to anyone having issues with lock and key.

Terrible Customer Service! I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times. The second appointment they were a no show I had to call them, then the 3rd appointment Brad the tech was very rude, and upset because I didn't answer my phone when he called. When I made my appointment no one said the tech would call before coming and If you don't answer your phone they wont show up! After calling the tech back and letting him know that no one ever told me you were going to call me before. I explained to him I was at work and I did have someone at home waiting on him for the appointment. He said very rudely that I would have to reschedule my appointment because he was at his next job. Then he told me that I should probably find someone else!! This is how you should treat a customer??? The one thing that sets a company apartment from other companies is the level of Customer Service you provide to the public. I have lived in Denton over 25 years and I have never worked with a company that is so unorganized as this one. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Went by to get a key fob program to my car since it's the only place in town that does it. They we're not able to get it to work then the older brother of the sons wouldn't help and was very rude At least the younger brother tried to make is work. Will probably just buy online instead

Put in an order for a key and it was forgot, so had to order the next week. When I didn't get a call I checked in and they couldn't find the key. The next day they called and said they found it but gave me a price $100 dollars more than I was quoted. When I asked about it they told me they had ordered the wrong key and would have to order it again and I would have to wait another week. I canceled my order and went somewhere else. They seem nice. Not sure if they are always this disorganized or if this was just a comedy of errors but I probably won't be back.

I was looking for a place to get my Honda Accord fixed and i found this place through a friend. I came i. Late and they were patient, professional and friendly with me. It was so amazing that he actually WAITED for me even AFTER the store closed. But that wasn’t the best part. The BEST PART WAS THE PRICES ❗️❗️ I came in expecting to pay $300 and up for my key replacement and barely scraping $100. BEST PLACE IN DENTON❗️❗️❗️I highly recommend!

Try to program my car remote. The owner wants $150.00 no matter the program process works or not. Then, the owner wants $40.00 to cut plastic car key. I think the store overcharges the fee.
