Shai is irresponsible for the service. If there is 0 star, I would rate it. This guy asked for the cash price $50, dealer can finish the good job with $63. I didn’t know about that. He couldn’t make the correct key even he has the original one. We tested with the car and it didn’t work, when we try to contact for fixing problem and this guy said I have a big job to do to delay and not answering the phone any more. We could not go to work because of waiting to meet him. This business is suck. To reply the owner, what’s the definition of waiting hours? We waited since the night before to the morning and noon time and still no response. My husband asked to meet at 8am and Shai agreed, in the morning, Shari said that he couldn’t make it, no reply to the phone call. My husband waited 3 hrs, I use my number to call and oops Shai pickup right away but hung up after knowing that the same client who he couldn’t trick more money. That’s a big joke

I locked my keys in my car on 5/28/19. The technician Joseph damaged my car door while opening it. He had the audacity to ask me not to tell his boss. The man I spoke to on the phone claiming to be the manager did not care to hear what I had to say. He texted me that he would call me and never did. I had to call him and he hung up on me after telling me to text him pictures of the damage. He didn’t even bother to explain what their policy is if they damage your car. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Update: 5/29/19 In response to the owners reply: You texted me that you would call me in a few minutes. I waited two hours and there was still no call from you. All I wanted was a more thorough explanation over the phone. I was very respectful and calm. You didn’t explain anything to me or that you were investigating what happened. All you said was “send me a picture” and “I already know what happened”. After that you hung up on me mid sentence. Here’s an example of you could have said. “Please send me a picture and I will investigate what happened and arrange for repairs.” Simple and quick and I wouldn’t be left in the dark. If your response on the phone was even half as long as your response to my review I wouldn’t have the need to post here in the first place. You texted me today and offered to paint my car. I appreciate that offer but will decline and get the paint repairs from someone I know and trust. It’s sad that you couldn’t even offer up an apology for the inconvenience of your technician damaging my car door. Instead you choose to shift the blame on me for you lack of communication.

While I was quoted the lowest price over the phone, it was a different story one the locksmith arrived. They told me they gave the wrong quote for the wrong key and that it would be $100+ more for my same key. I only brought what they told me in cash. Instead of making me my same fob key, they instead made me a generic key that I cant unlock my car with. Also, it took over 2 hours for them to make they key. To tip it all off, after the man left, I noticed screws in my floorboard and that my steering column was not put back together properly nd now rubs when I turn my wheel. Long story short, I would not recommend them and now have to spend more money to get another key made and get my steering column fixed.

The door handle fell out on my car. I had to buy an new handle and keyhole. Called BH Locksmith. It was 5:30 pm. Jonathan came to my house, rekeyed the new keyhole to match my existing car key and installed the handle. Didn't have to go to the dealer and it was cheaper, he came right to my house. Jonathan did a great job. If you're in this situation, give BH Locksmith a call. They'll take care of it.

Garbage company. The website clearly says 24 hour service $19 service call fee. So I call at 11:30 to have them let me in my apartment. Not only can they not pick my lock, they tell me I owe them almost twice as much as the site quotes. So I owe them $35 they say. For not being able to help me. Without warning me on the phone ahead of time that this is a possibility or that they plan to charge me double. After repeated calls for an explanation, they just rudely say they'll look into it and never call me back. You've been warned. They're crooks.

The BEST mobile locksmith company I have ever used. Yesterday, Sunday, my son turned the bottom lock and shut the door. Everything was locked inside the house. After calling many other companies, which were too busy to help, or didn't answer or wanting to charge $150. I called BH Locksmith, they answered on the third ring, said yes we can help. They actually asked what time was convenient for me. They were the nicest people on the phone, calming me down and assuring me they would get me into the house. When I met them, which they were right on time, it literally took him less than three minutes to get my door open. BH LOCKSMITH IS THE BEST. THEY ARE SO PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND HAVE THE BEST RATES.
