American Key Service is GREAT! Mark and Sharon traveled out of their way for me when nobody else would. I was locked out of my car in Utopia, Texas and they came ASAP to make me a new key. We accidentally lost our car key while tubing all the way out in Bandera. Mark and Sharon personally drove all the way out to rescue us! They came out and cut a new key for our car in no time flat. The level of service you will get at American Key Service is top notch. I don't plan on losing car keys again anytime soon, but if I did Mark and Sharon would be my first call.

Thank you so much. If I could give 10 stars, I would. They went Above and beyond my expectations. I live in Kerrville and rode with some friends to Boerne for an event. We locked the doors and shut the door with keys still in truck. I called everyone I could find on google maps, and The American Key Service owners made it a point to answer their phone on a late Friday night and go out of their way to help. Sherron and Mark are very nice people/business owners and seem very honest and trustworthy.

Sharon was so pleasant and helpful. I lost my only keys at work. They came to my work in Bandera. Re-keyed my car and made an extra set! All while working around my schedule as a classroom teacher! Their prices where cheaper than most and I did not have to deal with a national call center like most locksmith use!!! Totally love them and would use them again! Hopefully not for the same service!

Mark and his partner were SO quick and helpful today. As luck would have it I locked my keys in my car yet again.... I had just dropped off a package at the UPS store here in Boerne and the lovely lady inside helped me call some locksmiths. The first company said very impatiently that he was at another job and it would take 30 minutes. His tone put me off let's be honest. So we called the next on the list, American Key Service. The lady who answered was so sweet, said she had sympathy for the situation and let me know I had called just in time. Mark already had amother call in North Boerne and was just about to leave. Within 10 minutes of my mistake, Mark was there to save the day. For $50 and 10 minutes of my day I was able toget the best service from these lovely people. So sweet, honest, and hardworking. Thank yall!!

You couldn't ask for nicer people to come to the rescue at such a stressful time. When my 3 yr old locked us out of the house, I called several locksmiths and Mark and Sharon were the most polite and professional that answered. I must say I was pretty impressed with the quality of service from this company. It took less than 5 minutes to open my truck and the price was very affordable!!! They are not like other locksmith companies who overly charge for their services. This will be my go to company should i ever get locked out again. They are definitely worth calling. Awesome experience overall! AKS re-keyed several doors for the business that I manage here in Boerne.
